Well. Well. It’s not often that I am completely flummoxed by a plot line but this one certainly had me guessing right up until the last page. Simply brilliant.

Page turner
Rachel writes well.
Plot felt extended but I was compelled to finish the book.
Unconvinced by the overriding motive of the main protagonist.
But worth reading. Recommend it.

And so it Begins
Very run of the mill and formulaic and the writing is mediocre. Could forgive that, but for the really confused and confusing plot/narrative. Tries too hard to shock and intrigue and does neither.
