I adored this book, could not put it down and now tired due to reading through the night, oops. Can’t wait for the next book, need to know what’s going to happen.

This is a brilliant start to the trilogy!

Jericho Forge was not at all how I expected him to be. He’s really different to all Meghan’s leading men that have come before. He’s throwing off more alpha vibes than Lachlan Mount which takes some doing as that man is fierce! He’s so much more than that though, he seems to really care about India without coming across as a complete control freak (which he is!) there’s a fine balance and at the moment he’s on the right side of it.

India is just perfect! I love a smart mouthed, sassy heroine who isn’t afraid to stand up for herself and expect answers. She desperately want him but she’s not going to make it easy, her insecurities are right there under the surface and Jericho’s got a battle on his hands to ease her of that burden.

I loved the ending, it’s not so much of a cliffhanger as I was expecting, although I’m sure others would disagree. I have every trust in Meghan that the next book is going to be even better and I can’t wait to get my hands on it!

This author gets better and better with every book she writes and you’d be crazy to overlook any book she’s written.
