Defective detectives...
I have read most of Martina Coles books and have to say that Hard Girls is a pretty poor addition to her portfolio. It starts off quite well but the writing is uncharacteristically poor and at times the plot resembles a rejected storyline from Eastenders...
Also this book features the two dumbest detectives you are ever likely to come across - I was reading this thinking "it's obvious what's going on girls!" but sadly they seemed more interested in arguing amongst themselves and acting bewildered whilst the killer strikes...

Fantastic
Excellent book, a real page turner. Personally the best Martina Cole has written in recent times. And brilliant to catch up with Kate and Patrick again.

Now reading broken and must say she's done it again
Top writer, finding myself up all night the last 3 weeks 3 books in a row and they are worth every penny

Another can't put down from martina
This book was frustrating as I had guessed parts of the story line from chapter six and read and read and read thinking come on detectives figure it out!!
But it was a very good read, she never fails to make a book that u can't put down.

I don't get it how can an ebook cost the same as an actual book????
What a rip off.
The book itself is a great read, but I read it for free from a friend
