First I have to declare an interest. I'm from Lancashire so have a natural affinity for Lloydy who I watched during all of his playing career.
I love his positive attitude to everything - and his just be yourself philosophy. This book is written pretty much as Bumble talks so when reading it I could hear his rich east Lancashire accent. Parts of it are just hilarious though his unwillingness to acknowledge any faults in any of his fellow Sky commentators is mildly disappointing.
Overall however there is enough great material here to keep any cricket fan entertained for a couple of nights enjoyable reading.

I'm a big cricket fan, and was disappointed that there wasn't enough about the game.
I really wanted to hear about Zimbabwe tour and the political issues when bumble was team manager, he appears to have been gagged!
The stories about his mates and pastimes are boring
I still think Lloyd is a great cricket commentator though....
