Description

NOW INCLUDES iPHONE 4S!
The iPhone 4 and 4S introduced many new features not seen in the iPhone 3G and 3GS, such as FaceTime video calling, multitasking, and even using your iPhone as a modem. This guide will introduce you to these new features and show you how to use them. This book gives task-based instructions without using any technical jargon.
Learning which buttons perform which functions is useless unless you know how it will help you in your everyday use of the iPhone. Therefore, this guide will teach you how to perform the most common tasks. Instead of presenting arbitrary instructions in lengthy paragraphs, this book gives unambiguous, simple step-by-step procedures. Additionally, detailed screenshots help you to confirm that you are on the right track.
This Survival Guide also goes above and beyond to explain Secret Tips and Tricks to help you accomplish your day-to-day tasks much faster. If you get stuck, just refer to the Troubleshooting section to figure out and solve the problem.

Useless

Useless crap. Might as well throw your money in to the bin if you want to buy this!

Why?

Why not just use Apple's own guide? Just save the PDF and drag it into iTunes?!

Why even 2 stars?

How does the store show 2 stars when 6 of 7 reviews gave it 1 star and one gave it 2?

Waste of money

This guide is far too basic even for someone who has never had an iPhone before. The free online guide that comes with the phone is far better.

Less could have been so much more

This Ebook should be called iPhone for dummies, it's got so much really basic stuff that it's just too boring to try to dig out anything specific to the iPhone 4.
Only buy it if the iPhone 4 is your first ever iPhone, you're not good with technology, and you have too much time on your hands (and a very high tolerance for boredom).
