Well written and useful!
Having immersed myself in the world of barefoot running since reading Born to Run I thought that this book might be useful as a training manual. There is a lot of overlap between this and other books on the subject, to the point where excerpts are quoted frequently. However, the information towards the end of the book regarding strengthening exercises and training plans is useful and therefore this book has been scored 3 out of 5.
