Not his best work...
...still a fairly enjoyable read although riddled with 'underdog story' clichés. I pictured it as a low budget Brit flick along the lines of Mean Machine.

The Amateurs
This book is hilarious and also, in parts, quite frightening. One night I lay in bed and annoyed the wife with continual laughing while she read her Kindle. At one point it was so funny I tried to read the passage out to her and couldn't , seriously, I couldn't, I was crying with laughter. I had to hand it to her to read it herself. You really, honestly, don't need to know about, or have any interest in, golf to enjoy this brilliant novel. 5 STARS.

The funniest book I've ever read!
Amazing! Be careful not to read this book in public as you will look crazy like I did, couldn't stop laughing. Don't know when I will read a book this good again!
