This is basically a mechanism to try and get you to buy the audio version. There are 40 pages which basically say take a few notes and turn it into a song by repeating these notes and adding interest by adding notes, removing notes, reversing the order, increasing and decreasing note lengths, and starting on a different note......thats it! Dont expect any information on moods and emotions etc. Bit rubbish in all honesty. I think half a page in the idiots guide to composition covers more than this.
