What?

This book was messy from start to finish. As a Harlan Cobden fan I just can’t understand what happened to the writing. It chopped and changed, there was no real character development and I felt zero emotional investment in any of the plot. Extremely disappointed.

First Micky Bolitar book!!!! Just about to download the second

Omg, i loved this book. Read the woods and was hooked on Harlan Coben. After a bit of research found he did a series of young adult books so thought I would start with them. Was hooked after the first few pages. You really can't figure out were these books are going. Really hard to put down and desperate to download the next in the series. Twist, turns, secrets and lies all the way through. Great character who you fall in love with. Thank you Harlan Coben, you will be keeping me busy for the next wee while xx

Didn't know what to expect, but it was a real page turner for me. Read it over two days and just hope there is a follow up.

Get it: you won't be disappointed.

As always! Edge of your seat writing.. Harlan Coben just never disappoints.. I loved the Myron Bolitar series. I was so disappointed when they stopped, but at least this way you still have a little taster of him.. I would like more mind as his gang was the Best.. But this story is just as exciting, but if you wanted your young teenager to start reading more this is the book to start them off on.. Congrats again Mr Coben don't ever stop!

Good read but...

This was a great read from the point of view it kept you engrossed the whole way through, however without spoiling the ending I found the book seems to just stop dead. Maybe this means there is a shelter 2 on its way...............

Very good book, but for those of us that have read all the Myron Bolitar books it is sad not to have any more of them, and see so very little of him in this one. I will especially miss the character Windsor Lockwood the third, he was so funny and so different and you were just waiting for him to appear.
