I love this book! It explains how gratification works..Be thankful everyday. Write in your journal 10 things you are grateful for receiving. Having a positive mind that's full love, dreams & desires, is a perfect feeling to have as you attract back the things you want to happen in your life. What ever you put out..it's just like a reflection, just like a mirror image, so be careful what you send out to the universe.

I had literally nothing a few years ago lived with my parents, rubbish dead end low paid job and lost what in what I wanted in life. Someone introduced me to the book the secret a few years ago and I've now read all Rhonda Byrnes books including this one in the last 6 months I set myself 6 goals, I've done 3 of them. 1- Own my own business (now opened a barbers shop in Manchester UK) 2- Own a brand new 2013 plate Audi S3. 3- Travel to to America (went New York). I promise you I have done all of these things. Only 3 to go- get married, open my partner a hairdressers and own my own house. This book will make me do all three in the next 18 months. :) ace buy

It took me one and a half month to get the real changes. This is the best most inspiring book I have ever read I have always been very negative but wanting much more than that, not knowing which direction to take for the best. Do not underestimate the power of being grateful...we neglect the things we have in life and thus we bring alot of negative energy to our lives, this book takes you through a 28 day exercise its more practical than the previous books, it puts all the talk to action...and i love how she lays it out with examples and summaries at the end of each book, defintely a great book !!!! the previous books helps you understand the importance of this exercise and you would appreciate it more...i do highly recommend buying this book!!! big difference in my life!

This book is complete rubbish, based around 'a secret' that can change your life for £5.99. Also, the other 3 'this book is amazing' reviews were doubtless written by the author herself in an attempt to make her book sound better than it is.

read the secret , read the power? Well you MUST MUST MUST read the magic! start your magical journey and you won't regret it! In fact you will change you r life forever! Be prepared to get yourself a folder , document wallets , and pens at the ready , as theres a fair bit of writing to do. I read as and then prepared each thing you need to for the 28 days, so it was all ready and written out my style so I could do each thing Rhonda teaches you. I had it all displayed in a folder , so I could follow it easily.

I can't recommend Rhondas teaching enough. I found the secret out 3 years ago , and my life is truly amazing!

You have to see for yourself, but believe me you won't regret it!

So glad I read a sample of this book, otherwise I would have wasted £5.99. I've never read such tosh when the author just chooses to insert a word into some "secret" text to completely change the meaning of what was written. Utter rubbish, but if it magically changes your life, The author willI'm sure, be grateful for the royalties.
