Wonderful prose, shame about the typos

This is my first DHL experience and it's exquisite. 5 stars, but for...
It's a real shame about the typographical and optical character recognition errors, which for me really tainted the prose. In future I will be wary of the free editions and not mind forking out a couple of quid for the real deal.

Lady Chatterley's Lover

I loved this book so much I found it hard to put down, it flowed well, although the language of the north of England was more difficult to read as it was in the vanacular, made it necessary to the story. Found the life within the characters quite believable as with the class divide, although some of the characters were quite annoying but this probably my interpretation of them rather than the authors, I was stunned at the latter end of the story, I felt it was quite an abrupt ending to the saga and expected something else, maybe Clifford regaining the use of his legs, or Mellors nearly dying from pneumonia, and maybe then Connie would make a decision on two men both being able bodied, but with hindsight I guess What I really desired was for Connie and Mellors to come together at the end.

Lady Chatterly's Lover

The story is excellent, but this version is not! Lots and lots of typing errors, I gave up and went back to my paperback.

Lady Chatterley's Lover

A great novel spoiled by appalling punctuation, spelling and layout.

Some Obervations

This book is free to download and one can see why. It is full of typos, poor punctuation and seems to be incomplete. It seems as though this is a draft copy created prior to the ministrations of an editor.

A classic read

D h Lawrence is a brave man to write a book like this when he did! This is a classic must read.Flowery language which might not be to everyones taste, but easy to follow and to keep interest so don't be put off.
