Asher is really annoyed at his neighbour, or more specifically at his dogs who the man seems to think should be allowed to wake him with their barking at silly o'clock - 6:30am is too early when it happens day after day. it is worse too when Asher needs to look good, without the help of make-up for his job later that morning.

Asher is fortunate. His grandmother left him the house but to make sure he doesn't have College debts he is a Cam Boy. It suits him, he has a select few customers and they pay well. It fits his schedule perfectly but the only problem is the neighbour and his dogs. The morning Asher decides to make a stand is the morning his life is about to take a dramatic change.

Legend is curious about the boy he lives next door to. So far he has only seen glimpses and he wants so much more. His hope? That the boy next door wants a Daddy, would want him as a Daddy. He certainly wants Asher and will do whatever it takes to make Asher his boy. That apparently is about to happen, this is the day when everything changes for them both, when Asher finds his Daddy, Legend finds his boy and they make some of Asher's clients very happy.

This is a short story which is yes, short on story but Violet Dragons makes that clear from the outset. It is not intended to be a fleshed-out full story, it is short, seriously sexy, smutty and simply wonderful. Somehow I feel she still manages to give us a very good idea of both characters, who they are, how they are, how they have got to where they are. That is the mark of an excellent writer, one who knows the power of words, the ideal placements for them and for the small developments which make up the story. A great read for a quiet moment when all you need is a little steam!
