Fern, a 22-year-old flight attendant has fallen foul of the law in Dubai. When Sergeant Kassab, a duplicitous police officer, took Fern to a meeting with the manager of the airline, her life began to unravel. Fern not only lost her job, but she also lost her composure when she discovered that her roommate, Carol, had implicated her in a serious crime that could land her in prison.

Because Fern lost her temper and made a scene, Kassab decides to subdue, then restrain her with cuffs and a muzzle. He then takes the stunned young woman to the police station to be charged. On arrival, Fern is treated like an aggressive criminal, then charged with gross indecency and resisting arrest.

Having made matters worse, Fern is facing a five year prison term for crimes that she'll find hard to defend in a Dubai court. Then, there's the more serious cybercrime case in which Carol will testify that Fern was the one who hid the thumb drive in the hotel room.

 The only person that Fern can turn to, is the solicitor, Abbas Ismail. Unfortunately, the evidence is so damning, he can't really help her. Because this story includes descriptions of punishments and sexual activity, it is only suitable for mature adults over the age of 18.
