José Andrés and the chefs of Disfrutar - Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casañas - launched the José Andrés Group’s culinary eXchange Series with “Origins,” the one-night-only inaugural dinner service on Wednesday, 14 October 2025.
Disfrutar in Barcelona, Spain is currently ranked No. 1 on The World’s 50 Best. They also hold three Stars from the MICHELIN Guide. Andrés’ minibar in Washington, D.C. holds two MICHELIN Stars. Andrés, Castro, Xatruch, and Casañas share culinary roots, especially el Bulli, the renowned three MICHELIN Star restaurant that was located in Roses, Catalonia, Spain and run by groundbreaking chef Ferran Adrià.
