Cross My Heart

Read 100 pages. Gave up. What a pile of crap.
If that's an award winning author I'm Shakespear. J Patterson, never again!

Cross my heart

How disappointing. Not as good as the reviews suggest and in my amateur detective view a flawed evidence trail.
Have read other reviews and agree with some that this book is a con trick to make you buy the next one to get an ending.
I for one will think hard about reading more James Patterson.

Cross My Heart

A decent read spoiled by pathetic ending. Reminds me of a Flash Gordon serial. Are we supposed to buy the next book simply to find out what happens?

What a dissapointing ending! Are we expected to buy another book to find out what happens to the baddies? The book in general was a bit slapdash. Is Mr P getting lazy and just turning out potboilers? I think his readers deserve better, having forked out their hard earned cash they should at least be presented with a beginning, middle and a proper ending.

Fantastic!

I have read all of the Alex Cross novels and this is by far the best of them all, fast paced and well written...I simply can't wait for the next one! Great job Mr Patterson!
