I don’t read a lot and a book has to be good to grab my attention and this is one of them as I didn’t put it down

Ian McEwan has crafted a beautiful novel which covers a complex subject. He is a thorough and sensitive writer and you therefore have great compassion for two characters in particular. Would have loved the storyline to have been extended, or even a second book .....
