Greens’ Gourmet is a collection of over 80 exciting recipes brought to you by Bedford Girls’ School pupils, in conjunction with the school’s in-house catering team, The Green Kitchen. Divided into four chapters, Greens’ Gourmet provides the opportunity for you to experience some of the delicious dishes which regularly feature on the school’s Greens’ lunch menu.
