Bugs always happen when I am watching TV series, such as having sound but black or vague screen. This is completely annoying and I often have to reload the app for a hundred times to be able to watch it smoothly. Imagine when you are watching a comedy or variety show in order to relax and the app keep on lagging, what would you feel? Even though this app contains loads of high quality TV shows but it’s absolutely not user-friendly at all. I hope ViuTV and MakerVille could ameliorate these issues.

I don’t know whether it’s a bug or so. I have to watch 6 or more ads before an episode can even start. It just repeats itself into the ad whenever 2 ads finished. Finally, after all ads finished, the screen is just blank. It won’t start a show no matter I paused, resumed, forwards or backwards. Should I try to close the show and click again, it jumped into the ad loop again. I cannot even watch a single episode after 6 minutes!!!!

Looks like after recent iOS 15.4.1 update, AirPlay isn’t working properly anymore. Hope you can fix it soon. Because picture quality on iOS version and airplay to TV was much better than using a computer browser and connect to TV. Please fix it.

Such a poorly arranged and unfair Olympic stamp collection campaign. Asking people to collect stamps for prize redemption but instead a first come first served scam. What’s the point to distribute stamps until 8 Aug but all prizes are out of stock on 5 Aug? Even a towel that Made in China is out of stock? How much such towel can cost you? Very disappointed. Good Luck.

Found that the video could’t be played occasionally, the monitor will show loading.
The issue usually will be fixed when tried to delete the app and download again. However, the issue is seem to be more serious, the video cannot be play even re-download the app. Please fix it!

ViuTV is churning out great shows that are far superior than that of TVB’s. More variations and depth are present in the shows made than the competition in Hong Kong. Sadly, I cannot view them on TV as the screen mirroring of this app have been broken for months. Please fix it ASAP for people like me to enjoy the great shows made by ViuTV on TV.

I love it but the app on my iPad can’t load videos half of the time, and I have to close the app and disconnect/connect WIFI for several times, until it works agains. Is that network problem? My iPad is not that old, bought it a year ago.

The range of shows are well diversified. Caters for a range of interests for different audiences and updated to this time and age. However, I have had several crashes for unknown reasons with this app and some ads are rather long and somewhat distracting. I wish there is a pay version where I can get rid of the ads. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Good application and fanstastic media. However ads bug occurs when fast forwarding any videos. Video was reset black to 00:00 and ads occurs wherever I want to jump to certain timeline. It makes no way to move the timeline in any video in the app. Please fix this bug. Otherwise, this app would be useless.

Overall pretty good. It has a good interface and great content, but sometimes loading into a video is a bit problematic and it will stuck in the loading screen forever. But a good app after all.

There are some problems when running on ipad air 1, i cant choose the episode before the video loaded. And most of the time when i choose the episode that i want to watch, it cant be loaded.
But the stated problem is not happening on iphone (maybe the ram problem).
Hope that this can be fixed in the soon future!! Support!
