Also work out the problem we’re when buying packs you don’t get what you paid for sometimes then you have to contact support and wait agessss for a reply and them to compensate!

I’m part of kingdom 284, the game started off really well, I put about £30 of my money in the level up quick and try and get into the game. Then, you realise that the kingdoms are run by alliances who often talk about the gold glitch and ways to beat the system, having 6mil attack power each and create a kingdom where they own all the big SOP’s and if you say anything out of line in the chats, move to close to someone, breath and they don’t like it, they zero you and laugh about it, wasted £30 and having to start alllll over again. This game would be amazing if it was controlled properly. 1 Star

When I first downloaded this game I couldn’t get enough of it and put many hours into it, quickly getting up to level 10, and then my peace shield ran out. I quickly started getting scouted by people of a much higher level and so I used my 8 hour peace shield to prevent getting attacked. Went to bed and woke up to having been attacked 15 times whilst I slept. I decided not to let this get me down and started to train more troops, went to bed the following night happy that I had built up my army again. Woke up in the morning, checked my phone, had been attacked 37 times within the space of 2 hours!! There is very little you can do to prevent this from happening unless it means using your gold to buy peace shields every day which will dwindle to 0 gold very quickly and progressing in the game will become near impossible.

Support staff are horribly unhelpful, ignoring the issues and writing the same scripted responses without addressing the issue at hand or taking any blame. Evidenced bias towards North American players. Only way to advance is to spend large sums of money, e.g. some players spending up to $5k per month.

This is an awesome game but it does have a habit of breaking your spirit from time to time.

I’m someone that buys the occasional pack but there are some that spend £100’s on packs that progress a lot faster.

Find yourself a good alliance and they can help you progress, there are events that help you to gain resources and gold.

I would say however that levelling up your dragon is hard if you don’t pay to play, and naturally so is upgrading. Of course the higher you go the more you need.

It’s also important to protect yourself, I have been crushed so many times because of forgetting to shield. Huge players will destroy lower level players for resources or just because they can.

Level 28 will hit a 12 or lower. But persistence is key - that and a strong alliance.

Good game but don’t expect to be an Uber player unless you have deep deep pockets, If you play on a server with asshats then it will cost you when you get to the higher levels, play safe and it’s a good game, and if you really want to be great you can blow a lotta cash, servers are unsteady and the game is full of bugs. I’m quitting because the customer support doesn’t answer when you have any problems and my peace shield going down 8 hrs early is probably going to cost me about £250 to get back to where I was

The glitches are often and you have to repeatedly restart the game. The cost of the packs also are also expensive. So if you don’t have the money to level up it will take you months. I advise to stay bubbled 24/7 and join a strong allegiance. This way they will teach you how to collect rss and many more items. Also how to become stronger, you need take part of the allegiance rallying.

There is also currently no way of collecting some items with out buying them or having to wait a week for an event this is wrong.

The game is great though and enjoyable just need to iron out the glitches!!!!

The game is great. I have played for nearly a year now and I have loved it since I started. But recently I was locked out of my account and WB can’t help me and have instead decided to ignore my emails when I am trying to get back into my account for the past 4 days.

So for the game I would rate it about 4*

Honestly this is a brilliant game but the software has so many bugs that consistently need fixing which causes the game to glitch, so if you have spent serious money expect to be ripped off because the game does bug out and you lose troops due to no notifications of attack whilst actually playing the game don’t expect compensation for your hard earned money, I lost 400k troops, I got 50K gold of WB which won’t even get me 50k troops back and to which is laughable as this was the 2nd time I lost troops due to the games defects, in all honesty I think the bugs are on purpose so the customer spends more money and only granted minimum amount of compensation in return. Shocking customer service. I have reached out to source who will hopefully invest WB for the thieves that they are.

Been building my army for weeks and also saving up food and wood for ages to hit 4million each so I can upgrade my wall.

Then I wake up to find myself defeated by some random player and I’ve lost all my wood, food and pretty much my entire army.

That’s a terrible mechanic. But aside from that the balancing is horrific. I had 50,000 troops in my walls. Thousands of traps and a dragon. A player with 70,000 troops walks in and destroys everything losing only 2k of his troops! That’s nonsense!

Deleting this game as it’s one of the worst designed games I’ve come across.

I got to level 18. Then didn’t play for a while then when I went back to play. I lost all my army , and had to train all the way from the bottom and all my crafted items disappeared up to level 15 crafts. So I have had to start from scratch. For me, the social aspect of the game (with the allegiance system) is one the best things about the game. I love the fact that joining allegiances gives you a much wider support network and makes you far more successful in-game, as well as it being fun to talk to other players in your community. The Gameplay itself is fun and addictive, but my only real issue with the game is that it can often be play to win, with the strongest players often being those who invest the most real money in packs. It’s also very tempting to spend real money on the game, as it can be painfully slow to progress without it. Overall though, I’ve had a great experience with this game!
