Really good game but ever since the last update the game constantly crashes or freezes , I’ve clicked on the fix button so many times and it says “you’ll now need to restart the game in order to implement the fix “ or words to that effect and either it freezes again when I click ok or just plain boots me off , I’ve played the game for a long time and I’m getting very frustrated with it and seriously considering getting rid of it losing all my progress

I love playing this game, it’s really got me hooked and it’s a great way to wind down at bedtime. However, there is a big but: ever since the last update the game freezes on the winning shot and I just don’t know how to fix it. Perhaps another update to gettt. Rid of the bug? It’s still one of the best games I’ve played though.

I try to enjoy the game but every level is very hard to pass.. why make the levels that hard? It’s not enjoyable but boring all the time. I play each level lot of times. It’s understandable 1 level in every 5-10 levels to be hard but not every level.
Update after your automatic response.
I am sorry but this is not true. I even spend money to be able to pass levels but after one point it’s just not point doing anything. There is not any satisfaction after I pass one level because the next one will be harder. There is no easy level I am sorry. I would suggest to take seriously all these comments instead of doing copy paste the same response.

Its a great game and addictive, to start its fun, and challenging, but after level 400 it becomes tiresome, repetitive and annoying, enough to make you want to either not play or delete, the levels are far too hard, not enough moves, you feel its possible but it always leaves you wanting 1 more move and you would do it, I’ve been stuck on the same level for days and days, unless you spend money you will stay stuck till eventually after maybe a week its passable, this doesnt make it fun anymore sadly, such a shame it could have been even better than great

Edit: the game fixed itself so I’ve updated my review, love the game and had a quick reply to my review, I’m happy to be able to play it again!
I was really enjoying the game until the recent update, every time I load into the game it plays the conversation about Joeys shop being ruined and I have no progress on the shop, but when it loads in I have the progress. As of right now it is unplayable after the convo with Joey the screen zooms in and I can’t tap the map or do anything. I have a screenshot but can’t find a way to contact the developers. If this gets fixed soon I will definitely raise the rating as I really enjoy the game, great story line, graphics and choices.

Would have gave this a 5 ⭐️ but it seems to have completely crashed. Can’t seem to move it at all. The game boots up fine and let’s you hit the play but when you go into play the levels that’s it. It won’t let you go any further. It’s been like this for two days now. I think this game needs a serious update to fix it. I don’t want to uninstall the game as I enjoy it but if needs must then so be it. If it does get uninstalled I really don’t think I’ll reinstall again as this isn’t the first time this has happened. Please sort it as it is a great game 🙏🏻

I love this game but since the latest update I cannot play the game. I press play and collect my daily reward but then an offer comes up which I cannot cross off or purchase. Impossible to contact you as I cannot access the gear for the settings. You need to sort this out otherwise i will have to delete the app.

I really enjoyed the game at the start but have now found having reached level 31 the levels have become impossible to complete even with choosing boosters before the game starts. I’ve wasted 30 minutes of free play trying to clear the same level. The game is now frustrating and no longer enjoyable to play.

I’m in the gazebo now. Have to say that the story is really fun. Feels like there is a lot to explore. I got a safe but don’t have the password. Is there something that I missed or it’s just not revealed yet? BTW, I’m very impressed with the animation at the beginning of the game where you were showed the whole map and how it looked like before. Came as a surprise for me!

This game is ace! A variety of pieces on the board and you can use different ways to wipe them off the grid. The difficult level is wonderful, challenging at some time but it just feels right. I like to use strategy and chess thinking to beat levels and win a great sense of accomplishment. Just can’t stop playing it!
