Food portions sizes were quite small but the food was lovely over all and the staff there were so lovely except that they wasn’t aloud ice cream aha but over all would definitely go again without a doubt

Lost out on £114 worth of points. Make sure you check they’re on your app before you leave as Restaurants don’t deal with points and nowhere to complain

No banana fritters in a Chinese restaurant is a big disappointment.
No fresh stir fry was also a let down.
The curry was disgusting.
Sui Mai awful.
The toilets could do with a deep clean.
The staff where lovely which is the good thing about our meal today.
We will not be returning.

Before you download this app and use the Blackpool restaurant seriously consider going elsewhere, we had our food delivered and had to wait 10 minutes for cutlery and plates. Staff were not interested, a lot of food was removed from the menu between stating to eat and getting to desert.

First visit for four family members,we had to download the app then order all our food on the app .It took a lot of time .disappointed with the portions & we didn’t seem to have eaten £92 worth of food .Won’t be going again .

Used to be a go to place in Blackpool, I came for my 18th party with my partner and waited 20 minutes if not more for freezing cold food. When our order came we notified them our order was wrong due to the new bill they introduced regarding food waste and we got told to “just go with it” and to basically eat it because they weren’t going to change it or do anything about it. The app doesn’t work and neither the system. Preferred the old way. Could of got a nicer and cheaper meal on the front promenade. Don’t go.

The food here used to be fantastic. Now since it has become table service, it is a huge let down. Food was not very hot and did not taste very nice and meat was dried up. Not good since the prices have remained the same. Also spend more time scrolling through the menu in the app trying to order food. Won’t be returning. Shame as it used to be so nice .

This was always our favourite family place to go but the new table service buffet does not work. We spent more time on our phones ordering food than socialising with each other. As a large party the wrong food was going to the wrong people and the £3 per wasted dish is ridiculous. The food was fine but unless it changes to the buffet we all know and love then we won’t be returning.

I have just ruined my sons 17th birthday meal and, as you would imagine I’m devastated and writing this, so some of you can learn from our mistake..
Firstly, this place is not the same as it used to be, there is no buffet anymore due to covid restrictions..Now, you need to download an app, so you can place your order..OK, fine, did that but was getting an error message when I was submitting my order and had to redo it all again...with no joy..I downloaded the app on the other phone and guess what, did not work either! I had to order our meals via waitress who seemed annoyed!?, at least that was my impression.. She suggested to order a few items first , so i did that but because she was rushing me I ordered something that I did not want to eat..Then, I wasn’t sure what I ordered or how many meals left as you can only order 12 (family of 4 -3 each) and I’m still not sure if this is in total or at the time, as this wasn’t properly explained to us on the beginning (looking at the size of main dish we received later I think it must have been 12 at the time!!!). So we finally ordered a few starters to keep us going but when they arrived we were a little bit shocked, as the food was sat in the dip pots...literally two prawns , two chicken wings etc..OK, we thought, surely the mains will be much bigger than that :)..but they weren’t !! Again our food arrived in the dip pots , 5 mushrooms , 5 small pieces of chicken etc..Honestly i did not know what to say..We went there to spend some quality time together but ended up fuming and paid 50quid for all that, so do not repeat our mistake..

Used to love this place but last few times Iv been it’s not been good! Last week I went the food was cold, my daughters meal was 3 chicken nuggets and 4 chips (which we had to order several times before they came) staff ignored us when trying to raise my concerns! But worst of all the chicken on the mixed starter was raw and to rectify the problem I was offered £3 off my meal! £3 for food poisoning is not really satisfactory when I couldn’t eat anything else due to feeling sick looking at the raw chicken on my table for over 30 minutes whilst trying to get the staffs attention this was in the st Helens restaurant

Been here before today and food was ok but tonight it was horrendous major Iceland scran. Going here is asking to get food poisoning. Food had been left for days rice was hard chicken was like rubber and when we told the waitress she was snotty and didn’t apologise and just walked away. Had to order a load of deserts but even the chocolate cake was stale.

Tonight was my partners 60th birthday they made him feel very special.
We are regulars here as the service an atmosphere is 5*.
Things have changed so much due to COVID but the measures they have taken are amazing.

We came in for my mums birthday and we was VERY disappointed of the food some of the food was cold. Me and my partner are regulars in there and the menu was shocking. One of your staff was very arrogant to my family. We won’t be come back as much anymore and we won’t be recommending the restaurant to anyone anymore it gone down hill since you reopened. As this has happened we won’t be coming back.

After being s regular customer I don’t think I will be returning after a fabulous meal it took 46 mins for 2 deserts to turn up the waitress then notified us there was no cheesecake left so we ordered alternative deserts after another 20 mins unfortunately 1 ice cream turned up which I didn’t order upon another 10 minute wait nothing came so we had run out of time in the car park wasn’t risking a £60 fine so in total 3 deserts arrived in just under an hour leaving my children with no desert a fabulous place usually but can’t put my 4yr old through that again
