This year I spent a fortune so far ordering stuff that was overpriced but HAS NOT ARRIVED presumably because of the COVID-19 crisis as it all seems to be made in China - but please don’t take my money if you can’t deliver until AUGUST OR LATER
I wrote last year: At face value looks good and fun to use but why is there no option to group products together where possible. For 40 EUR worth of stuff postage was 40 EUR ( only a couple of so-called free items and others normal prices) - they were light items and should have been no more than EUR 8 in total. I understand if different companies but where it’s the same we should be given that option plus it’s a waste of packing for the environment to send them all separately.

Having bought lots of things from wish before, I’m still pleasantly surprised when things turn up exactly as I’d expected. Maybe reading the descriptions to get just the right things is the key. Took a few weeks this time but with everything going on in the world I’m still impressed.

Stuff is cheap & cheerful, somethings you can not expect great quality from the price! Never had any issues with a refund from Wish. The app can be a little frustrating working thru items & order history was annoying as the page flicked down so you couldn’t see items. But they have sorted that with a next page.
Also, tracking is hit & miss... somethings I have been expecting and the due date has passed. Other things arrive much quicker, but the order status doesn’t follow.

Very good value on most things but takes ages for items to arrive as mostly from China just watch out for fake items like supposedly silver for £1.00 it’s not and will turn your skin green in an hour or so
It’s a case of looking at the price and you get what you pay for and be prepared to wait for it .

They advertise themselves as if you can wait for delivery then they are the best option but you will wait about a month and then they will randomly cancel parts of the order and when you try to complain their virtual assistant doesn’t actually let you type a question. A complete rip off will not be ordering from again

What a wonderful Company. I do not understand why people write negative reviews when Wish is so excellent. I purchased a Soda Stream Connector and expected it to arrive in May especially with Coronavirus all over the world but it arrived on 17th March and it fitted my soda stream perfectly and did more than that as you can connect three gas cylinders to it. I am so pleased with my purchase and they were the cheapest on the market. Will always buy from Wish as they do what they say they will do. I have told my family and friends to buy from them. You are great Wish and will be purchasing again soon. Well done 5 stars +

Some products ain’t what some of the ads tend tend to describe as well as shipping sometimes comes later than your arrival date but on the other hand sometime the items are what they are described and sometime the delivery comes a lot earlier than expected so 3*** as sometimes your pleased sometimes your disappointed

How the hell am I supposed to know where the package is from!!!! With the virus going around it won’t help if I don’t see if it’s coming from a diseased country plus I ordered something and gave in extra money so it came earlier and wow guess what... it’s not coming until may and I ordered it for March! Sort the app out or I’m reporting and getting it taken down

I have only used wish a couple of times, but will no longer be using them, as their service is terrible!!!!! My last orders never arrived and I had to request refunds, but was told to give it more time as they were on their way. I waited and still didn’t receive them, yet again I was told to wait but asked for the refund. The items never arrived, which confirms that they were never sent in the first place. My most recently ordered items, paid for in March, some of them have a delivery date in June, are still waiting dispatch. One item has been refunded, apparently, however I haven’t requested one??? I have tried to get an answer on the customer support option on the app , but I can’t ask the questions I want answers to !!!! They have some nice products, but I will just use eBay or Amazon as I know they will send my purchase or help with any issues. Let’s see if I get the rest of my items ???? Probably not !!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of all the items I received, there was one item I had brought that arrived broken with scratches all over it and many broken parts. I asked for a refund and it took over 4 months for somebody to answer and they said I can no longer get my money back!!!. But besides that I used my card to pay for all of my items and turns out my card has been used various times on paypal and I don’t even have paypal because I have only just got a new card!! The activity on paypal was just minutes after I had brought from wish with my card!!

I love wish don’t get me wrong, but I use picture reviews to determine weather something is legitimate or not but suddenly they’re gone? Is this a new update? Please bring back people posting pictures reviews if so, if not, why can’t I see any?

I expected to receive a die cast model of a Delorean “Back to the Future car which floated via magnets on its base, only to receive a small green plastic toy that was packaged as a “car from the future”. Avoid Wish if you don’t want to waste your hard earned money

I ordered 3 things off wish 2 came on time however I placed and order in January after I lost my Nannan for my mum to put her valuables on and it never turned up so I contacted the wish support and ordered it again and I received and Email stating that I will be refunded and it won’t be coming at all I will never be ordering off wish ever again and will never be recommending wish to anyone EVER again 🤬
