Crystal Caliburn II
Crystal Caliburn II was designed in the style of multi ball machines characterized by three dimensional ramps and fast moving balls. These machines also have strong flippers to compensate for more steeply sloped playing surfaces.
Our pinball design goal in creating Crystal Caliburn II was to implement realistic ramps, and to reproduce the feeling of shooting balls up ramps at high speed. Our next goal was to have three balls in play simultaneously. There is a big difference in the techniques for keeping two and three balls going at once.
Crystal Caliburn II was designed to be a challenging game with many features. To get high scores, players should strategically decide which combination of features is most effective with the current playfield.
Try playing first without reading the game rules. Then read it and try again. You will find new ways to enjoy the game. Have fun!
Arthurian legend and Caliburn
The most famous of English kings, Arthur, is believed to be a real person who became the subject of many legends. Orphaned and unaware of his royal lineage, Arthur proved himself the true heir to the English throne by pulling the sword named Caliburn---also known as Excalibur---from a stone. (The end of the sword had been inserted into the stone by magic, and could be retrieved only by the rightful king.)
King Arthur and Queen Guinevere wisely and justly ruled the kingdom from the castle of Camelot. There, the most daring and chivalrous knights of the realm gathered at the Round Table. There are many intriguing stories of their adventures, ridding the land of monsters and obtaining magical treasures. And Merlin, the most powerful sorcerer of his time, was a mentor and a constant presence in Arthur's life.
But as times changed, the golden realm was gradually laid to waste. To save the realm, King Arthur and his knights needed to attain the Holy Grail, the spring of the eternal life, the greatest mystery. Each knight of the Round Table set out alone on their long, difficult quests for the Holy Grail.
Meanwhile, the kingdom was troubled with civil strife. Finally Mordred, the illegitimate child of Arthur, raised a rebellion which caused the Last Battle. Arthur, who received a fatal wound as he killed Mordred, ordered Sir Bedivere to throw the Caliburn into the lake. As he threw it, an arm emerged from the water---seized the sword, swung it three times, and disappeared into the depths of the lake.
The dying Arthur was taken to Avalon, the land of immortals (also known as the Glass Island) by the fairy queen Dame du Lac and the witch queen Morgan le Fay, Arthur’s half-sister. Thus, Arthur disappeared from the world; according to the legend, one day he will come back to life and return to rule England.

Easily the best Pinball game for the iPad

At last, a company that concentrated on the Physics, gameplay and speed a real pinball table offers. This is superb and is easily the best pinball simulation available for the iPad. Where others concentrate just on the visuals, this gets it right across the board.
Please develop more like this Littlewing!!

This is by far my favourite pinball app for iOS.
The physics are excellent and the gameplay challenging but rewarding. And it actually makes sense, the challenges are good and most of all it's a cracking game.
I've deleted all the other pinball apps, they just don't feel right after this game...
Now, please bring Loony Labyrinth to iOS!

This game seriously needs a landscape option - call me old-fashioned, but when playing pinball I don't really appreciate having very little room at the bottom of the screen in which to deploy the flippers with thumbs that in reality need to be transparent in order to be able to see what's going on - and I almost get quite cross when in the middle of the game I accidentally hiit the power button and find I've exited same, and lost the score etc.
For the price they charge I'd expect a landscape option (as with Pinball HD for example) as part of the package.
Apart from that one major gripe, a great table with plenty to keep you busy, and more importantly, entertained..

I have downloaded virtually every pinball game available in the App Store and while some of them are very good, Crystal Caliburn 2 beats them all hands down. Faithful physics, fantastic gameplay and an absolute visual treat, I really can't fault this game at all. I have downloaded Tristan pinball which is excellent but not as advanced as Crystal Caliburn. YOU MUST release more titles 'cos I for one need more of your amazing pinball tables.

There is a lot of pinball available on iPad now,the best of includes titles like Age of Pinball,Zen and Pinball Arcade from Farsight studios.You can add this table by Little Wing to that list also.The ball physics feel just great as is the table design and ruleset.This is well worth the money as I will be coming back to play this repeatedly.
I would suggest a timed demo may be worthwhile to promote the game though as this genre is a crowded marketplace on iOS and this game deserves to be played by pinball fans..
