This is a beautiful game of skill and persistence. The logic you need to complete the game is immense but the clues mean that anyone can do it. I would have given this five stars but for the fact that I finished it within four days, which is quite quick for a pay for game. However, I am looking forward to purchasing the next instalment.

It’s taken a little time to get used to navigating on the ipad as it’s mainly a pinch technique to zoom in and you have to position your fingers exactly. I thought it was a little slow to get going and frustrating as i was forever spinning the box around over and over to try and find what to do next but as the game progressed I’ve got used to what to look for. It’s well worth sticking at it

This is the best escape game I’ve ever played. It took me a while to realise that there’s no going from room to room to 'escape' at the end, but a series of puzzles based on the mysterious, steam-punk style box. No action, as such, but I was blown away by the amazing graphics, completely compelling and engrossing. Never want it to end! Congratulations to the developer - I don’t know how you did it, but thank you for the escapism and sheer pleasure of cracking the codes! 😊

I'm having trouble with the last part of this game. You have to repeat a pattern of notes on a small piano but although I am playing the correct notes it tells me I'm wrong so I cannot proceed. Can you offer any help please.

This has to be my favourite puzzle game, nothing too difficult that you get bored and give up, yet taxing enough to get the grey matter working hard. My only criticism is that it’s not a long game. But for £1 think that’s value for money. Most games theses days have the cash cow of in game purchases which are a huge rip off, none of that with this game, what you pay at purchase is it.... I see they have released newer versions which will happily purchase. Great game, well done developers:)

I really like immersive world puzzles. This is challenging and thrilling when you solve it’s riddles. I cheated once with a YouTube walk around but the in-game clues are usually enough.

Downloaded this game as was looking for a puzzle game and saw positive reviews .
Simple background story to find the mysterious null element beautifully put together with good graphics and clever design.
Each chapter or room is represented by a puzzle box which you have to work , tweak, pull, spin to reveal its mysteries- it takes some working out to get to the next stage within the puzzle box but when you have finally mastered it and a new element is revealed it’s an ‘Indiana Jones’ moment!
I tried not to use the tips but did get stuck a few times- try to avoid the cheat sites and master the puzzles yourself. Very rewarding to complete.
I have just finished chapter 3 and about to embark on room/ chapter 4.
I wish there were more puzzles per game as essentially you get four within one game but It’s still a really small amount to pay for a great puzzle game.

I’m not really into puzzle games but this is great, has a cool occult/magical vibe that I really enjoy. Great graphics and detail, nice interactive quality with turning keys etc, like the sound effects plus the music hasn’t got annoying yet. Totally worth the 99p it cost!

My second time of playing the room games 1, 2, and 3. First time was a couple of years ago. That’s the benefit, once you have bought them, you can down load them again. Just finished the first room, now on to room 2. Not bad for a 78 yr old. Keeps the brain working. Marvellous who ever created these games, I love them. Thank you.

I couldn't agree more with the previous review. This is a wonderful game. Not only beautiful to look at but so enjoyable to play.
I love puzzle/adventure games. But I am of the PC generation and I didn't think that an iPad game could rival with a proper PC game. But these ones do.
I love the eerie atmosphere but I wish they could do a less creepy version so I could play with my 6 year old who watched me a couple of times and really want to help me solve the puzzles !

Excellent game. Enjoyed all the chapters, however couldn't get passed the organ in the epilogue. (Wouldn't except I was pressing the correct keys for some reason)
This did not spoil the main game and I bought room2, that's how good it is!
