I have had Readly for a couple of years now and I am very pleased with it. I used to buy a wide range of magazines and I still subscribe to a few but Readly covers my hobbies and even extends my interests. I have an iPad Pro with a large screen and I can read and peruse magazines in full colour, at least as good as the paper editions.I thoroughly recommend Readly.

Version 6.7.0
This is a decent app completely ruined by the yellow “article view” tab the continually pops up when you scroll through a magazine on ipad. It’s intrusive and completely spoils the aesthetics of the magazine. Since when has a pop up box been acceptable, especially one that the user can’t turn off?
The developers last response was to update the app, which was completely pointless advice as they haven’t “fixed” it.

Version 3.6
I bought the very first issue of Classic Rock and as a life long rock fan I have read every issue since, almost religiously.
CR is without doubt the ultimate magazine for rock fans since the days of Kerrang! Back in the early eighties Kerrang! was a real rock mag, honest!
Back to CR.
Every issue is packed with high quality rock news, reviews from the most recent live shows, reviews of new and reissue releases, special band discography respective reviews and to top it all the excellent monthly interviews with all the bands and artists you could wish for. Oh, and mustn’t forget the main feature with the monthly cover stars to read of their latest activities to complete the deal.
From sixties legends, underground lost artists to the new breakthrough bands and every established rock act you can think of, they’re all here every month for you to keep bang up to date with all that’s happening in the rock world.
I look forward to CR dropping each month for my latest dose of all that is rocking out there. If you’re not yet getting yours, then it’s time you jumped in……….Let’s Get Rocked! ( as one Joe Elliott still tells us when on tour fronting Def Leppard ).
What are you waiting for?

Version 3.2.1
The selection of publications in this app it’s not only vast but meant to cater even for the most demanding ones.
There are magazines that I have never found not only in stores but not even on line.
It is also very diversified as it is possible to save articles , to create bookmarks, to retain an history of the titles read and to suggest new magazines .
No more fake news because you are reading out of a magazine or newspaper .
Highly recommended.

Version 5.4.0
On the whole a good app with a fantastic choice of magazines, but one massive annoyance is that it doesn’t automatically load with the current magazine you are reading when you go back into the app, instead you have to search for it a couple of menus deep under ‘my content’ and then ‘recently read’ to find the issue you are currently half way through! Surely to continue where you left off is what most people want to do when they launch the app so therefore it should be the first and main menu option that you are faced with?

Version 6.10.1
I used to have a magazine subscription, and I used to buy other titles on impulse when I felt like it. But no more.
With a single subscription, I have access to multiple titles and, over time, more and more of my favourites have been added…only a couple more titles to go and I’ll feel complete!
The only reason for my 4 instead of 5 stars is that, although there are multiple puzzle book titles, there doesn’t seem to be a way to actually fill them out on the app. You are able to type into crosswords and sudokus etc, but that doesn’t help with others such as mazes and anything that involves drawing. It would feel much more natural to be able to handwrite these directly into the app with Apple pencil. I really hope for this feature to be added soon.
(Another suggested feature would be to be able to manually organise the titles I add to my favourites, but that’s just me being fussy 😂)

Happy to be back on my new IPad.

I don’t have time to read a paper or magazine every day but if you dip in and out of subjects when having a moment during the course of a month, Readly offers plenty of choice for those like me who have cancelled the monthly subscriptions to specific titles because the cost is too high to offer value to modest users.

As I said I found loads of magazines,
I did a trial subscription, I haven’t used it much as I did have time..
My problem started when I noticed that they are charging me even though I cancel the subscription just after I joined.
After cancellation second time I was still charged at that time I contacted my bank i made a claim a d they said that it will be better to cancel my direct debit which I did, also I cancel the subscription last time.
And after that all that they keep sending me emails to inform me that they cannot the money and I need to log into my account and check my payment…
Any way I will unsubscribe from emails as well,
!!! Make sure when you unsubscribe cancel your payment method from you bank provider…!!!!

What a pleasure to have this app on one’s tablet! The range of its contents is astonishing, with very niche-interest magazines to popular mainstream “glossies.” Daily newspapers and radio/tv schedules are there, too, in the reader’s favoured font size. It’s a great app with lots of choices and many top selling magazines available to browse through. I’ve saved a fortune in direct magazine subscriptions over the years I have been with them and found many articles I would never have read. The minor gripe is when a magazine you are used to reading on the app suddenly disappears without any warning - I wish they would send notifications to keep you updated on magazines leaving and magazines joining the service!

Version 6.0.0
I was very happy when I first joined Readly at £7.99 per month. I accepted the increase to £9.99, but in recent weeks I've been disappointed that Key Publishing titles are no longer offered and we now have an irritating 'article view' box which is displayed on every page (except adverts), blocks some content in some titles and cannot be disabled. At the least, please offer the option to switch off the 'article view' facility in the next update. Edit 28.01.23 - So many magazines that I read have now disappeared that, sadly, a Readly subscription is no longer worth it for me and I have now cancelled.

Used to get loads of issues from Key publishing on various aviation subjects but they are no longer available on the platform. Readly are quick to tell you what’s arriving but they don’t tell you what you are losing. When I contacted them about disappearing content they did not provide an adequate response, they appeared clueless, I had to contact Key myself for the real story. I used to use the app almost daily but now perhaps a couple of times a month. If it weren’t for my wife using it I’d cancel the subscription.

Missing magazines.

2023-01-19
So many magazines have been deleted which were the reason I signed up for, that it’s no longer value for money. Many of the newspapers can be seen online for free, and the peripheral interest magazines are only of passing interest and not worth the money. A single digital subscription to one specific magazine is a third of the cost of your app, so I’m leaving. Also, you need to be transparent and let your customers know that magazines will no longer be appearing rather than not disclosing it. You’ve not been upfront about this. Quick enough to announce new additions, which have been very few since I joined, but no words on those publications being removed. Very poor.

Readly is an absolutely fantastic product. I can read a huge selection of sewing and cookery magazines as well as dipping into a rage of common favourites. Readly has also introduced me to a great selection of magazines I had not heard of before. It’s brilliant that I don’t have to store any more magazines (especially now we’ve downsized!) and can bookmark articles I’d like to keep for handy reference. My four other friends are so grateful to be able to have access too without cost. It was a godsend to my friend who was going through chemotherapy. In return one friend shares their subscription of Netflix with me. It’s great having access to the app whilst travelling and on holiday without carting physical magazines. I am also very appreciative of the cost as I am now not working. The only downside is you don’t get the freebies attached to the magazines, but if I want the sewing pattern offered I go and buy the issue. Great on line support too if needed for technical problems. Can’t rate this highly enough. THANK YOU READLY. 💝🙏🏻

Awful support

 –
Ipb66

2023-01-05
Readly is still great value but their customer support is dreadful. You send a tweet to their support Twitter account about a missing or defective issue and if you’re lucky you MIGHT get a response days later - which is totally pointless when the issue is about a daily newspaper. And although they’re quick to mention about new publications appearing on the platform, they have zero transparency when it comes to letting you know about publications you might read regularly leaving the platform.
And now they have a yellow ‘Article View’ button which blocks some of the text on some publications.
You tweet then at their support account on Twitter and they tell you to send an email to their support email address.

One of my best ever buys!

Signed up to Readly at the beginning of you-know-what! I used to subscribe to Autocar, What Car, VW Driver, Audi Driver CAR etc. For a very reasonable c£8.99 a month, I have access to all these and many more and all the back-numbers. I can also look up all the iPad and computing magazines to research new products before buying. My wife can also use the same account to read the Oldie, do the Radio Times crossword and all the magazines that she is interested in. Before going on holiday I used to spend £30 on car magazines for holiday reading. Here I sit on our balcony in beautifully sunny Lanzarote searching for car tests to advise my neighbour and friend on cars they may not have considered. There is a facility to copy a road test and email it - maybe I shouldn’t do this.I have given many friends a gift subscription - nice for those isolating. The ‘Search-facility’ is very useful. I remembered reading an article about a revolutionary design for electric motors for EVs but couldn’t remember the date of the magazine. A search for YASA brought up the article.
Unlike Netflix, Readly don’t continually jack-up the price - there has only been a recent one since early 2020. At the end of COVID, I look forward to suspending Netflix but keeping Readly -It’s green, excellent value and a brilliant idea excellently executed. Thank-YOU! Paul McCann, Belfast

Poor iPhone App Design

2022-01-09
I really really want to like Readly and have trialed the app several times over the last few years but it’s design is so frustrating. Magazines look like their physical versions which is fine as it gives each publication a unique visual appeal and helps promote interest, but actually reading it on the iPhone is so difficult. Double tapping zooms in, often to unwanted zoom levels, normally that’s fine for reading headlines but reading wide columns or even some thin columns is so difficult without a lot of panning around. The reader button at the bottom helps, but that vanishes when zoomed in, and isn’t always available for every page. Once the reader view is open it’s near on impossible to close one handed as it’s close icon is as far away from my left hand thumb as possible, you can’t even simple swipe down to close it like a lot of apps allow. At least let us double tap articles to view them in the reading view instead of zooming in, and then swipe down or swipe left to right close the reader. Perhaps have a tap and hold gesture to show a loupe view so small headings can be easily read on the small screen. Some kind of magazine/newspaper table of contents would also be helpful, preferably with an adjacent image from the associate page, similar to how many RSS readers or Google news shows articles. Anything to make reading and moving between articles on a small screen would drastically help the experience.

Great App but seems static

I’ve been using Readly for a few years now and really love the app. It has a great interface and a lot of the magazines I like to read for a fixed monthly price.
Having used it for a while the only real criticism I have is that the list of magazines has not really increased much in this duration. I was hoping some of the magazines I like would eventually show up but this has not happened. The catalogue seems to be about the same as when I started my subscription a few years ago. No Car and Driver or Road and Track, for example. No good scientific magazines like Scientific American.
Somebody needs to look at this seriously because unless you keep improving things get static and people get bored and leave.

Hi. Excellent value for money but please fix following bug. If there is more than one issue that you’ve read in your favourites folder (shown with tick in white circle) you can delete them all - except one.
If you delete the last one, Readly doesn’t warn you but it removes the publication from your favourites. I have a lot of magazines and newspapers in my favourites folder and when I go there I only want to see issues I have yet to read. I don’t want dozens of issues with ticks in circles. Please add a pop up window asking if we want to delete this specific issue or delete the publication from favourites.

UPDATE - I posted my original complaint a week ago and STILL Readly haven’t updated their app to uk summer time (clock forward) So instead of the Mags coming out at midnight (Like they are supposed to) I am being force to wait an extra hour (1am)..... PLEASE sort this out Readly!!!
////////////////////////
(Original - Love this app, it’s always been efficient and never lets me down regarding content. However, it’s annoying and frustrating that I’m having to wait an extra hour than usual because you haven’t corrected you’re upload times to coincide with the fact the clocks have gone forward. So when the content is officially supposed to arrive at midnight, I am now having to wait until 1am....... Please fix this issue! The reason I am a loyal subscriber is because you post the content at Midnight & no later)

I simply LOVE this company

I subscribed to Readly early last year. That was way before I am now having to self isolate due to a recently diagnosed serious illness. The fact that I can access both daily newspapers and magazines from my iPad is nothing short of miraculous for me, and that I can ‘give back’ to five friends and family that have been nothing short of a wonderful is a real bonus too. I was a home magazine junkie for years, being a constant house ‘doer upper’, I subscribed to three or four a month which was an expensive habit. I can now access magazines I would never have even picked up before, Vanity Fair is a particular favourite, I thought it was all about expensive handbags and designer gear, things I have no interest in whatsoever, but the journalism is superb, I salute all involved with that particular monthly, I also love The Oldie - vanity would have stopped me picking that one up being in my fifties. I would say to anyone give this a shot, a world of reading is at your finger tips, it’s kinder to the planet, and you will never regret it, I have not encountered any problems at all with my monthly payment being taken. This service is nothing short of amazing, try it, your world will expand by miles.

The Readly app and choice of magazine are fantastic, hence the 5 stars.
However I would like to ask a question, which I only became aware of via commentary on an advert.
It appears to be cheaper on a monthly basis to subscribe directly through your site as opposed to subscribing via the app or play store. Your rationale in having to pay a middle party is justifiable. However, I would like to know is it possible for me now to cancel my subscription via the App Store and re-subscribe directly through yourselves? I just don’t see the point of having to pay more 🤷‍♀️

I have multiple disabilities and right now, I’m on long term bed rest. I don’t have the energy to read a book or watch tv, music makes me exhausted and social media is....well..it’s 2020. You all know what it’s like. I’ve been shielding for 6 months and slowly losing my mind until I came across Readly. It’s been a total lifesaver for me and has finally given me an easy and enjoyable way to pass the time. I can’t hold a magazine and turn the pages without a lot of pain but I can prop up my iPad and scroll my way through with ease. I love that I can read such an amazing range of magazines, including ones from overseas like Rolling Stone which I love but cost the earth to buy. Thank you so much for such a great app! My only one request? Will you ever be adding more new issues of Daphne’s diary? 😢 I love this magazine so much but it seems like you’ve stopped updating it. It’s far too big for me to hold physically but reading it on Readly was a true joy

Magazine Dipping!

I love Readly, it enables me to dip in and out of different magazines with back issues no problem. So many times I have picked up a copy of a magazine, enjoyed it and splashed out on a costly subscription only to find that a couple of editions into the subscription I have tired of the magazine. With Readly I can access all types of magazines when I like. One day I might be a domestic goddess, the next I might be a gardening guru or interiors genius. I can turn from materialistic fashionista to spiritual earth warrior just from choice of magazine at my fingertips! I love that Readly enables me to do this! Thank you Readly. Now excuse me I have to be an escape to the country lady today and learn how to make jam from hedgerow fruit!

It’s great to dip into magazines after a days work - rather than study a technical book. But they are just so expensive on a shops shelf. Usually £2+ for a weekly and £5+ for a monthly. And let’s be honest, you usually read the best bits of them in an hour or two. I think that Readly is one of the best things that I’ve come across in recent years and have no hesitation in recommending it. I have read lots of negative reviews about cancelling subscriptions but I suspect that this has a lot to do with whether you take out the subscription via an app or online and then try to cancel using the alternative method. Make a note of every subscription you take out so that you cancel it in the correct way - it’s unfair to criticise if it is your error. I love it and have about 20 favourites so I get at least one new magazine to read every week.

Really awful. Scam.

Update: as you can see from their response, they just continue to deny any wrongdoing, it’s been the same over email. Like I said, make sure you screenshot it when you cancel, so you can prove it, or they’ll just keep taking reinstating your subscription your money illegally.
This app is shocking. After cancelling my subscription and getting conformation that I would not be charged again after the end of the month, they then reinstated my subscription without telling me and carried on charging me. Their customer service is AWFUL and they are still refusing to refund me. If you do sign up MAKE SURE you screenshot it when you cancel, because they will just illegally continue to take your money.

I wish I had discovered this earlier !

What a fabulous resource - I can access almost any magazine I want from around the world whether it’s fashion, design, interiors or current affairs. All in the one place and at a very reasonable price. Have now cancelled several hard copy subscriptions as this is more convenient and allows me to access whatever I want. Another handy if somewhat ‘dangerous’ ability is to be able to click the link in an article and it will take straight to the website. Makes it rather handy for shopping ...

I truly love and enjoy the comfort to read my favourites magazine in my iPad, and the facility to choosing what you liked. But I would preferred to have the choice to pick a small group of magazines to read, because I really don’t read all the one I have selected, would be nice sometimes like a different choice of subscriptions for example only 10 magazines for £3.50 a month.
This year I am take a look to my finances, because everything is changed, we need to be more careful what we expend. So please take in consideration, to offer different choice of subscriptions, perhaps that will expand your market.

All too often developers think they need to continually refresh their UI, even when it isn’t broken - or like the previous version, worked really well.
The latest update has lost some key functionality. Where is the one click access to my favourites? Which I could order by date read or date released. Now it’s in with the my content tab and is a long scrollable list of magazines in no particular order.
I don’t think it’s a case of getting used to the new world order, it just doesn’t work as well as the old one.
Please either introduce a favourites filter on the main magazines view or re-introduce the favourites screen with filters and sort.

Firstly let me give a little background - I had a special offer in which I had 3 months use for £5 (or something along those lines) and decided at the end it was not for me, I only read a couple of the mags as there is a LOT of obscure stuff and decided it was not worth the £7.99 a month subscription. No problem I thought, I cancelled my subscription, deleted the app and thought nothing more of it..... I was then going through my finances and noticed that for MONTHS I am still being charged for using the service!!! I checked my bank, no DD/standing order for readily.... I checked my readily account and no option to cancel a subscription ONLY an option to renew it!?!?!? I have made a complaint and am awaiting a reply.... this is plain theft as I have not given them permission to keep taking money from my account and I have no standing order or DD with them!!! I will update my review once I receive a response..... BUT I AM NOT HAPPY & suggest those who have an offer think twice about using it as they may steal from you as well.....

I don’t know what I did before Readly... I vaguely remember lugging back breaking books and magazines or ending up reading the inflight magazine three times back to back and then being bored 20 minutes into a transatlantic flight. Not anymore.
At home I browse on WiFi and read my old favourites and discover new ones. Before any trip I download new issues onto my iPad and being disconnected up in the air is not a problem. I always have something to read on the train or when I’m early at the school gates picking up the kids.
We have one account but three different profiles so the kids get their favourites and my husband does as well. Absolutely brilliant for not much money at all.
My only wish would be for Italian magazines to join the club so I could brush up on my language skills!!!

Absolutely brilliant !

I recently made a decision that due to arthritis and difficulty mobilising , that I would have to give up my regular trips to the library. Not an easy decision as I’ve been a regular library goer since I was able to read . Buying magazines was also not an option as they are often expensive and heavy to carry, and having bought several I often found nothing interesting in them and mainly pictures. And then ... I discovered Readly - wow! Magic ! Now for a very reasonable monthly payment I can have any magazine I want literally at my fingertips .
The app is totally easy to use. As a 67 year old technophobe I find no difficulty in locating magazines of my choice and choosing my favourites list from the multiple choices on offer.
Some magazines offer an easier to read format when a lot of text is involved and although I read on my phone the text is quite big enough to read comfortably
The amazing part was that I can also fill in crosswords etc and even send off my entries direct from a link in the text.
It’s magic to me alright and I would totally recommend anyone to buy this app. If you are an avid reader you won’t regret it, and considering the range of magazines in offer there is surely something there for even the most hard to please reader.
Thank you Readly and long may you continue to provide such a wonderful service !

I’ve just recently stumbled across this magazine site and decided to join on the 3 months offer for £7.99. I have had a magazine subscription from other companies now for many years costing a lot! I couldn’t believe that I could get to read as many magazines as I want for such a great fixed price. Also I can read them all on my iPad and even download them too fab! As well as the great price it’s really convenient that I can read them anywhere anytime on my iPad. I know that you can still get digital with other companies, but they will charge you more and their apps are nowhere near as good as this one. I have also recommended Readly to my friends. Happy reading everyone and well done Readly x PS not going to get much housework done with all this reading!!😀

A very good app and concept, however the payment structure depends on you being forgetful in order to keep the continuous payments rolling.
£7.99. A month but there are starter deals to be found such as £7.99 for 2 or 3 months that help you try the app out for a bargain price.
As adults we should be responsible for managing our finances but there is a little sting in the tail that disappoints me - you can't manage your account via your app, you have to go via the website (And even then you are better off Googling how to do this rather than follow the website prompts).
Such a shame as what is a great idea leaves you feeling like you could be being ripped off by yet another tech corporation.

I have purchased several lifestyle magazines each month for many years but having them now all in one place to be read whenever I want and for a price which saves me a significant amount of money is fantastic. My husband and son also share the app for the same price and there are many specialist magazines (photography etc) that they can also now access all for the same monthly fee. I cannot recommend this app more highly. It is also extremely environmentally friendly as I did used to feel guilty 'consuming' all of that paper. Definitely the way to go for the future.

Love it

I used to spend so much on magazines and never got around to reading them all, now I can read the small bits I want to read and it saves me an absolute fortune. Best part is that I can finally get the US magazines too and the rest of the family no longer have to buy those weekly ones that soon add up.
Only downside is that you can quickly eat through storage space with so much choice so remember to delete downloaded data after you've finished. It's the Netflix of magazine reading!
Two months for the price of one has already saved me over £10 this week and I've found new magazines too. Brilliant.

Best value app. I've ever bought!

Ever subscribed to a magazine and found that there isn't much that interests you in some month's edition? You feel slightly disappointed. With Readly this doesn't happen as for the same cost as one magazine you can read, literally, hundreds. I'm assuming of course that you have a wide range of interests, as I do. If one magazine doesn't have sufficient content to interest you this month, then another will! Read back issues of magazines that you haven't previously subscribed to for free. What's not to like? My wife and I have saved many times the monthly cost of Readly by cancelling our subscriptions for the hard copies of our favourite magazines, viewing them in Readly and saving the environment by not having to use the paper version which requires recycling. If this doesn't convince you why don't you take the free trial and see what you're missing. I am sure that you won't be disappointed! Let me just say that I don't work for Readly and have no connection with them whatsoever! I say this because my wife has pointed out after reading this that it reads like an advert for the product😊. I would like to think that it is more of an endorsement for a product that has fulfilled all of my expectations and more!

If it seems too good to be true, well, IT ISN'T. There is such a fantastic range of magazines, there is always something new to read. I even get alerts when new magazines are in. How many times have you seen a magazine carrying an article that you would love to read, but you won't buy the magazine just to read the article? Well now you don't have to, Readly carries such a wide range of magazines that now when I go into a newsagents I look at the magazines and think to myself, read it, read it, read it and on and on and on. This is without doubt my favourite App and I use it every single day. How many Apps can you say that about. The monthly cost of the App costs less than the price of a couple of monthly magazines. A truly amazing App, can't recommend it highly enough.

I used to subscribe to "Rail Magazine" and "3D World" but decided to swap both for a Readly subscription at the same monthly cost. Now in addition to those two there are 30 other titles in my "Favourites" list that I look at every month. And don't forget that you can also select overseas magazines - I read the US version of "The Week", "Newsweek" and "Reason", and my understanding of French has been greatly improved by poring over "Le Journal du Dimanche". I read all the Linux titles, all the computer graphics titles, all the Mac titles... so many magazines! One of the nice results is that you can take a risk, try out a magazine that you would never consider paying actual money for in the shops - who knew that "Super Yacht World" was really quite interesting... and I must say that, I'd like to welcome "Icon" to the package, yet another essential addition to my favourites.
I use a 9" iPad air for reading and the quality is excellent, the software works well with good management and viewing options. I'm not convinced that it really works well on a phone size screen but that is more a reflection of magazine layouts than phone issues. Overall I am really impressed with this and scared that it is such good value that they might take it away! I would be bereft, (but probably get back a couple of hours every day!)

Love it

I've had Readly for over a year now and I can't recommend it enough. It's easy to use, very accessible and very good value for money. I have the app on my phone, tablet and laptop and have put it on 4 other members of the family's various devices. I like being able to download content to read offline, great for travelling, also really useful being able to access back issues. It was a bonus last year when the TV listings became available, that saves me around £5 a month, which covers most of the cost of my Readly subscription.I haven't had any technical problems with the app, it runs very smoothly and there are no annoying ads or in app purchases. I probably receive one email a month from Readly, so they're pretty low on the irritation scale. One of the best things about it is that I can check out magazines i would normally never buy. I would like Spanish to be one of the language options, it seems strange that it's missing. 100% recommend it.

A work secondment in the Far East, where English language magazines are unavailable, left me wondering how to stave off boredom in my spare time. Then a friend recommended Readly and one problem rapidly became replaced with another!
The vast selection of titles means there is never any shortage of reading matter. The problem is finding the time to plough through them all, because I download magazines that are of interest, but which I would never buy in their printed version because the cost would be prohibitive.
That's the real joy of Readly: for the cumulative price of the annual subscription to two typical magazines, I can read every edition of the 16 magazines which are on my "favourites" list.
I have two minor criticisms: some magazines are not available, plus whenever I am not connected to the Internet, it takes a long while for magazines to load from my iPad's drive. I don't know whether this is a hardware issue, or a software one, but it is almost inconsequential given the huge pluses which Readly provides.

A massive CON of an app! This was a good app to begin, £10 a month seemed reasonable. After a while I noticed just how much iPad space was being taken up by the app, and decided to cancel. Readly make it almost impossible to cancel though. Your monthly payment is not being taken out via Direct Debit, so you can't cancel it via your bank. It took eight emails and the threat of legal action before they cancelled my payments, my only other option seemed to be closing my bank account and opening a new one! To add insult to injury, even though Readly can see I deleted the app and hadn't downloaded any magazines for five months, they kept taking the £9.99 a month from me while I desperately tried to cancel and won't refund a penny. I'm all over social media telling people not to sign up for Readly, I'd advise anyone reading this to AVOID AVOID AVOID too!

I used to read a lot of different magazines, but one by one dropped reading them due to time, not having the mag I wanted to read with me when I wanted it, or just not getting value for money (£5 for 20 mins glancing through to find a few useful articles - why bother). This changed that all for me. For the price of 2 magazines a month I now get a whole host of decent mags when & where I want them. And because you can use multiple devices my wife gets to read her mags as well in to the deal. Only suggestion for the future - can we have reading profiles please so I don't see her favourite magazines in my favourites list?

Great App, well worth the money.

I've tried rival apps and unlike the others there are no hidden fees. You pay the monthly fee and then read whatever you want. With most printed magazines costing around £4 each, this is actually saving me money as in my family we read more than three magazines per month. You can use the account on multiple devices so my wife can also use it. There is a choice of clicking a magazine and reading as it downloads, or downloading in advance so that the magazine can be read off line. The app is simple to use and probably has the best choice of UK magazines compared to rivals, plus you can read other magazines from around the world. The choice is growing daily.

UPDATE: I've had the app since Christmas and have really enjoyed this gift! Used it primarily on my iPad Mini retina and looked great. Tried it on my iPhone 6 Plus didn't like it initially because the magazine didn't cover the screen in portrait mode. THEN I FIGURED OUT that when in landscape the pages cover the width of the screen and let you scan the page. When you turn the page it automatically takes you to the top of the next page, and again. A hidden gem of a feature that helps reading with one hand...even on the 6 Plus! Sorry, reviewed to soon!! 5 stars it is!!

After trying magazine subscriptions on here for various magazines and I was put off by the two second refresh every time I turned the page.
Looked at the reviews and thought it was to good to be true, tried the trial for one day and was instantly impressed and signed up for a further 3 months for the price of 2.
For the cost of auto sport, autocar and motorsport news for one week I'm already at least get the monthly cost of this app but with access to other magazines.
Also you can use the subscription for 5 other devices of which it remembers where you were.
