Not good right now.
During the Panda Pal Rescue Event, i finished the Silver Chest, and got the rewards and was on the panda pal. Once I restarted the app, the silver chest went back down to 19/150 keys. Why? I don’t know. It keeps resetting itself back to 19/150 keys. I’ve tried the steps support gave me, still resets itself back to 19/150 keys. I’m getting annoyed now.

i would give this game 5 stars because I abs LOVE IT but there’s a major glitch where the play button doesn’t work have have to tap it continuously for a min or so before it allows you to play. Its v annoying! It’s the only reason I’m giving this 1 star because I would like to think that button is a core functionality of the app and without it you can’t play any games…sadly it fails to work after every level and you end up spending anywhere between a minuet to 3 minuets tapping the play button. You would think maybe something is loading in the back, but no after tapping at at least 70times in one sitting I left it to see if it would load and it didn’t, had to go back to tapping continuously. They really need to fix it as it’s really gives the wrong impression of their game…it’s annoying and wastes time and effort…enough to make you not want to play and delete the app…fix it!!!!

I have spent many hours playing this game and originally enjoyed every minute. I also spent quite a bit if cash, but no more. I really must find a more honest game, if such a thing exists.

Great game till it goes wrong. You loose rewards and it takes ages for the Team to correct the problems. Game also looses you time due to the amount of ads that you have to through, not really necessary as other games do not have such long ads. Perhaps Jam City needs to really look into the problems and correct them. I know of people who will not play the game any more due to all the problems.

This is about the only “shooter” game I play and have been for ages as it is quite relaxing. I spent a lot of money in the beginning for features, but quite a few times the money was deducted, but I never got the feature added. So I stopped buying extras. Since the recent “update”, this game has been appalling. For example, it takes ten minutes to get into the action, with all the adverts, and multiple repetitions of my failure to succeed in challenges.. In addition, moving the ‘Zen garden’ boosts away from the main game screen means that nearly a quarter of the given time has elapsed before I even get to the game. Plus, the game itself keeps freezing. I’ve been playing for several years now and am almost ready to uninstall.

Don’t bother with this. It’s fun definitely but it’s so glitchy. Prizes and rewards for playing are getting worse and worse. You get 30 mins free lives as a reward where it used to be much more valuable stuff. Games stop midway through and you’ve lost all the resources you added. Rooms in other worlds don’t complete even though it shows as completed. Updates are non-existing or poor. Customerservice is not much better. Shame really. It used to be a good game.

The gameplay is interesting, playful and frustrating in equal measures. But recently the game has started to inset advertising after each game, constant prostitution of purchasable “bundles” and an annoying golden pig offer which awards you the right to buy a bundle. Stop this irritating intrusion to gameplay. Players will start to peel off to play other games at this rate. I will as it’s getting too much!

Have been addicted to this game got through hundreds and hundreds of levels and stupidly did the update and I’m now back at level 1! Ok so I’m not technical but after giving up on the game I went back in a day later and all levels restored and menu bar no longer a problem. Graphics are brighter a bit poppy for me but I’ll get used to them . Good game very addictive.

Firstly, this game is super fun and addictive (but not an unhealthy addiction as when you lose your lives you get at least a 30 minute break)! I installed it two days ago and I’m already playing it as my first choice out of all my apps and games (I have 20!). Secondly, it is child friendly and there are no inappropriate bugs. Thirdly, it’s free! This game is so good it should at least be £1.00! (But I wouldn’t mind it to stay free...:D). On the other hand, there should be an easier way to earn the coins rather than connecting to Facebook or buying it. Even though there is that down side, I absolutely love this game and recommend it to everyone who loves a bit of fun and challenge!

This game is so cool when I have any time free I play this I have also got some friends to play and they love it now we play together. I recommend this game if you love pandas and love having fun. Tho not even games are amazing with out some downs when I play it keeps pestering me to go on Facebook and then share it then I can also text people on panda pop so if you don’t like being pestered I did warn you great game tho.

Looove this game & have been playing it for ages, but lately it has been crashing on me quite frequently. Sometimes when I click on an advert to get a free booster; at other times, when it’s moving in between levels. I've been hoping it would get fixed every time there is an update, but till now, the problem is still there.
Please fix this because it’s not fair to keep losing minutes from the timed boosters every time it crashes and I have to reload all over again (which takes ages). Thanks!

The support team are great at restoring your purchases but it’s such a pain to continue to buy in-app purchases and never receive them, it takes quite a while to receive you items as iTunes doesn’t always immediately charge you. It’s a real faff-on to have to go through the same long process every time. They have restored my purchases. The game is great when it works but we should be left out of pocket (which I am because I have forgone a number of purchases because it’s just so long to get your items) .. great game but really disappointed, that it freezes , doesn’t load , sometimes freezes when you complete a level ... it’s just terrible .

UPDATE!!! Nothing has changed, in fact it’s got worse. Now the minimum you can spend it £5. It used to be £1!!!! The customer service is atrocious, they INCAPABLE of sending a working link and I have recent discovered if you are a UK player EVERYTHING COST NEARLY ONE FIFTH MORE THAN IF YOU ARE USA. they say it’s the app store’s fault but can not manage to send a working link so you can follow this up. Also the prices are in THEIR coding, so they have to be the ones setting it.
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!!!! They will rinse you.

So it was fun and worth spending a little bit of money on as you got good rewards if you won an event. But they have changed all that!!! Rewards are RUBBISH NOW. They literally made them less than a tenth of what they were and sometimes you win and don’t even get the measly reward you are owed 🤬😡🤬😡 Also they have totally abandoned there customer service. You used to get a reply in a few days now they NEVER bother to respond even if you have lost things you’ve paid for. You used to be able to watch adverts and keep what ever booster you earnt for use later, you can’t do that any more. If I were you I wouldn’t bother with this game, you’ll get addicted and then be rinsed for all you are worth. Find some other game where the makers actually appreciate their customers!!!!!

I have just removed Panda Pop for the last time because it is the most frustrating game. It used to be quite enjoyable but now some of the levels are almost impossible. You can try to get through a level 20/30 times, if not more, with absolutely no luck then suddenly, surprise, surprise, everything goes your way and you get through to the next level. You end up feeling disappointed because there’s been no skill to win the level. Come on, play fairly Panda Pop!! You’re lucky you got one star from me, and that’s only because I had no choice!

I used to be obsessed with this game it has everything going for it, free loves all the time, really easy to win at the in mini games and used to be easy/challenging to win at the levels. But now extras have been added and it’s just not fun anymore. It’s more of a strategic game now rather than a fun point and shoot game. I’m on level 527 and I am really close to uninstalling and losing interest. Such a shame as I have been playing every other day (sad I know!!!!!) for over 6 months as a relaxing tool but now its not what it used to be

This is a great bubble shooter game but it freezes or fails to load all the time. Sometimes I cannot play for a whole week. I have tried the solutions they offer for these issues and they do not work. Contacting support doesn’t work either. They tell you to do what they offer on the web site as solutions and then if you tell them again that it doesn’t work they tell you that they will forward the issue. But it has made no difference. It’s difficult to say that it’s a good game when you cannot play it half the time. I have lost many events’ rewards because of this.

Brilliant game when it works! I’ve just started playing it and I think it’s fab! There are over 3000 levels to complete and once u start playing u are totally addicted! The hearts take a while to recharge and you can be stuck on a level for ages(when u have no boosters) but apart from that, amazing game! Developers I’ve done a fantastic job!

Great game !! Totally addicted to it. On level 518!!! Thought it would stop at 50 then 100 then 500 but looks like it will carry on forever! Happy to continue 😀😂😀😂😀😂 Up to level 738 now!!

Level 1894. Changed phone and was able to transfer levels across to new phone. However, the boosters that I had weren’t transferred over too. Very disappointing when you have built up 63 of one booster and 32 of another 😩😩😩

It's a 5 star game if you can get on it and stay on it without it crashing!!!!! Why the heck doesn't somebody get it sorted out??? There are more complaints than the parson preached about and it's now the most frustrating game on the planet. I'm on level 1445 and keep trying and trying, why I don't know, suppose it's because it's great when it works 🙄

I loved this game, played it every day, that was until I was buying booster packs and not receiving them ! So far I have lost around £25 and I STILL haven’t been given a refund or credited on my account ! It’s such a shame that they will take your money immediately but when it comes to giving it back you have to fight tooth & nail to get it !! Talking to others that played this game, the same thing happened to them and they no longer play it either.
Moral of the story .... don’t buy any booster packs, you won’t receive anything but a bill for it !!

I used to love this game but recently, if I hadn’t spent so much money on it, it would be deleted! To say there is mega issues with this game would be an understatement. I’ve spent money on coins for the power ups and not received them, after taking my money, the timer going round til you close the app whenever you do try to buy coins, the aim on it is terrible I can have it perfectly in place only for it to end up somewhere totally different. I could go on and on the list is endless! I wouldn’t waste my time on this game I’m sure there are better ones out there instead of this. Very very poor. And being told to delete the game at level 800 and odds is beyond a joke (which I done the first time I had problems with it) and not being told by the developer that I would have to start again 😡😡😡

Love this game, am over level 1000, was thinking I’d stop before I hit 500 by here I still am! It’s very satisfying but I really miss being able to stock up on super aim and being able to view 3 bubbles by watching videos. I found it helpful to be able to do so.
I also prefers being able to watch a video for 10 bubbles rather than 3! Seems ridiculous to have to watch 2 videos for 6 bubbles when you used to be able to watch 1 for 10! Makes the game drag on too 🙁

Major changes to the game that aren’t fun. Party poopers! Major reduction to event rewards and other fun stuff were removed. Support usually ignores my email. My entire family used to play it but stopped due to getting ignored when you ask for help from panda pop team. Also so many bugs! Crashes, progress resets, lost boosters, garden progress reset for no reason and no heads up. Disappointed. All these changes to force the player to pay money to buy boosters because if you don’t buy you will spend hours trying to beat one of the hardest levels! No one has time to play all day to beat one hard level. If you ask for help they will send you their template email and then u will get ignored.

With the updates it’s lost most of the “free” features that help users to level up. You can no longer accumulate super aim and super swap as you’ve to use it immediately after watching the advert video or lose it. The monthly belt ranking has significantly cut down the rewards and become totally unattractive. The user competition for leveling up and the dragon fruit challenge are also very suspicious. For example I was 1st in the race and then a few minutes later the 2nd place user would go up over 40 levels - this is just simply not possible. Similar things happened not just once but a few times already. Also the last updates have made the game even slower than it already was and I lost some of my super aims even though I didn’t use them. All in all I think the developer is trying everything they could to get players for in-app purchase. I have spent quite a lot of money back when the game was fun, but I’m going to refrain myself from giving anymore cash as what you’ve done to the game was nothing but disappointment and upsetting.

I love the game!
I’m on level 1,178 and had just over £1000 coins in my Zen garden. Now for some reason it’s rebooted and I have to start from £50 again and buy back all my bonuses in order to use them. Right now I’m still within my 2hour unlimited life and lantern boost. Once that runs out.. I’ll have nothing. Can you explain why this has happened?

This is a great game when it works Ive just tried 5 times to play it and it’s frozen I can get on the game but I can’t shoot the bubbles. The free lives are wasting away. The other thing is
I like this game but having to wait for 30 Minutes to get more lives is a long time and it makes you come out of the game because you can't play for at least 30 minutes, other games you only have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes. Some levels are annoying some are easy. It's good that you don't have to pay to get to the next stage like other games. One more fault with this game it uses a lot of the battery.

Like most other freemium games on the App Store this one started off well, fun to play, easy, but not too easy to progress and requiring a growing level of skill to continue.
Then the events start, and you find they are impossible to do unless you’re willing to pay.
Example....
Dojo dash - level 1 is extremely simple, and you can complete it with more than 50% of your bubbles remaining, level 2 is totally impossible, you run out of bubbles before you’re even a third of the way up the screen, so unless you’re willing to pay to continue you can’t finish this level.
Level 3? Well, I’ve never gotten that far.....
I understand that games aren’t free to make so need a revenue stream, but sure all the ads that pop up should go some way to mitigating that? 🤔

I play this game sooo much and it’s a really fun game but it won’t load since the last update, it gets to the Facebook connect and when I press “not now” it just stays on the loading screen after that, I’ve waited agesss and it won’t get past that point and I don’t want to loose all my progress 😩😩

I live this game but when i go to enter a new level a Streak advert comes up saying come back it won’t let me play the level until I’ve tapped on this button (that takes you to the ad game) and when I follow the instructions to tap on a monument it says construct other statue first I go to tap out of the speech menu but it won’t let me then I go to construct the ‘heart’ statue (I just want to play the panda pop!) and to get it back to normal I have to restart my device!! Jam City fix this now please!!

The apps not so bad I mean you do what it says in the add about it but every time I don’t play it within an hour these notifications pops up,’ hurry up and play.’ It’s so annoying but the app it’s self not bad. What did not impress me was when you have to go somewhere in the middle of your game then it won’t let you and instead will say ,’ you lost retry ‘ something like that . My face is 😑 and 😢

If you want to quit the game it takes a life off you. For example: your mum says you have to go to the shop and she tells you to switch your phone off. You are about yo quit the game and it says if you quit you will loose a life. I don't think that is fair. And ads. There are quite a few ads keep popping up what annoys me too.

Great game & totally enjoy playing it put it’s a bit irradiating that when I’m levelling up on the karate ranking I don’t always get the coins plus on achievements tab it also doesn’t add all the bubbles I’ve popped so I’m never gonna reach the target & I'm on level 1231, as you tell I’ve dedicated a far amount of time but all in all it’s a great time 👍👍
