watched the first movie and the second is so exciting just like the first one just brought the third movie, would recommend

the maze runner is so good

First of all, the acting, action scenes and music were very good. But BLOODY HELL, THEY CHANGED SO MUCH. It doesn't even follow the books. The only part were they followed the books, respectively was the scene with Thomas and Brenda and then going to that party. That was it. You have no idea how they completly transformed the movie. It so different. So, I 100% recommended the books. Please read them, they make way more sense than the film.

I watched this after enjoying the first film. L wasn't expecting much to be honest just ya typical tripe. But I was very surprised it's a great film......

Best film I have ever watched i watched it at cinema and loved it plus it was soooooooo hard to wait for the film to come out when I saw the film was coming out I screamed it is sooooooooo amazing really worth watching if u love zombies and action plus a quite a bit of blood but don't listen to people who hate it, u should watch to see how u like not them I would really recommend this to anyone try it out see what u think

The film on its own is a good film the issue is that it is so far off the book it is just a pure failure

Could have been better!

Was so disappointing this film compared to the first one. Seem to lose the plot with this one nearly turned it off half way through. First one was a whole lot better

Lots of action, some interesting characters introduced but not a good film in its own right. This is a taster for maze runner 3, it leaves you bemused as to why the characters were placed in the maze in the first instance if they were so valuable to the WKD. It doesn’t make sense I hope it is like the TV sit comms that start good, have a rubbish second series then get better, I really want that to happen but Im not that hopeful having had to force myself to watch this to the end.

Very good movie to the end!

It was good but I personally believe there was too much action and not enough actual story to keep the watcher intrigued. It was also barely like the book which struck me as a major disapointment. But it was still entertaining and the actors strongly fit the characteristics as their characters.

That was the biggest waste of money….. 2hrs of my life i will never get back!

Loved the first film. This was rubbish.

It was a good-ish film but it was too obvious from the get go that this film is a passage between the 1st (which was great btw) and the next one

1st film was great. It had purpose, plot, and understanding. That can't be said for this film. Waste of a Friday night.

The film is good, not great but well followed by the book. Starts good and mystical of what is going on, leads from the first movies well. Soon many twists and turns begin, and we see the maze runner' changing its storyline in many ways. More questions asked and need answering for the next film by the end of the movie. Okay acting by the main characters. But the new characters who have evolved, not so much...? Conclusion: 4/5 , because it sticks to the book really well. Very action packed and leaves you feeling like you need to watch on'! Isn't as good as the first one but the 2nd book isn't either. So if your into the maze runner, this is a must watch!!

Sadly disappointing.

I saw The Scorch Trials whilst it was in the cinemas after the reading the book, and it was absolute rubbish. It was hardly true to the book at all, and it wasn't engaging. The Maze Runner was fantastic, I can't believe they murdered it with this awful movie.

i wonder how many of the 13000 people who worked on the film actually died of boredom. rather dull with numerous ideas borrowed from resident evil, the war of the worlds(new version with tom cruise)

Didn't make it to the end...

Film was ok, we were really looking forward to this after enjoying the Maze Runner but it was pretty average and we were left a little disappointed. Not as good as the 1st but had some good twists.

Don't buy this film. Rent if you really want to watch it.I was glad that I did as the whole film was a mess. Apart from some good action scenes it dragged on to a point I was going to turn it off. It was a mash up of loads of other film ideas in my view and It really did not engage like the first film. Two stars for a few action bits.

This film Evan in sd the quality and the story line is incredible they need a 3rd film this is 100% worth watching

Its not like the original which was packed with drama an suspense, this is a middle movie in a franchise. All this movie does is set the scene for the finale (which will be the next film) . It took nearly 2 hours to tell it and is over long - the only purpose of the movie is to give the lead character motivation to go back and destroy WICKED. It is weird as it feels like a lot of other movies all in one - its like a pastiche - not what i was expecting and under delivered. if you like the franchise you will probably like this. The acting is very wooden in this one - can’t work out whether its the script or just the actors or the camera angles but its just not the best from a team that produced such a good 1st film… hopefully number three will be better

I hated it so much that I turned it off after 25 minutes … really over the top. Bad characterisation, too many action scenes, no intrigue, awful script and some very bad acting.

Good action movie

Maze runner was absolutely fantastic, an amazing film. The scorch however was absolute unmitigated rubbish!

It unashamedly steals the 'night seekers' from 'I am Legend' and tries to get the feel of 'Cloverfield'.

There is action for the sake of action; totally at the expense of the storyline.

Such a good film to watch, loads better than the first one. Every actor and actress, director and whoever made this second film possible should be pleased of themselves cause it's an amazing film! Definitely worth the preorder
