The Lobster, I'd heard, is a marmite film so it took me a while to see it. As a marmite lover I fell in love with it....every little quirky bit of it, of which there are many, and which come together to make up an astounding film. It's gorgeous, dark, very dark, funny, sad, and it makes you think just a little bit. It was my movie of the year, and I'm hard to please. Haven't yet found another contender to talk about do excitedly.
