I love this movie. I was gonna buy it from iTunes but ended up getting the Bluray as it was half the price.
Dream big and laugh along with Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the Peanuts gang as you’ve never seen them before — in an all-new animated adventure from the imagination of Charles Schulz and the creators of Ice Age. While Charlie Brown, the world’s most beloved underdog, embarks on an epic quest, his beagle pal Snoopy takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis, The Red Baron!
I vaguely remember the Charlie Brown strips. But I just thought this film was awesome. The animation style was what initially gauged my interest, but it's a fun show that had me smiling through the majority of it. A nice, happy film.
I don't know if it's me that's aged or Charlie Brown, but it's not the same as I remember. Kids might like it, but I wouldn't put money on it.
I've been watching Charlie Brown for as long as I can remember. The film might be using state-of-the-art animation, but it's as heartwarming and charming as any Peanuts cartoon strip I've read.
I really feel that Peanuts grows on you: I'm 41 now and probably like it more now than when I was a youngster. It doesn't particularly break any new ground (we see a bit more of the little red-headed girl and that's about it) but if you love the Peanuts characters and melancholy atmosphere this film is for you.
Oh, and they use the late, great Bill Melendez's voice for Snoopy, so his adventures are as surreal and hilarious as ever. Highly recommended.
I loved this, snoopy is just really cute and funny. Apple? have it available for rent next time though, as I like to rent new movies first before I buy them...
Awful, simply awful. My 6 year old walked and said the best bit was the trailer for Goosebumps. Tells you all you need to know. Avoid
Went to see this at Christmas.... The kids were bored stupid and to be honest even with nostalgia from my childhood so was I.
