This is intelligent British low budget at its best, really quite chilling and strangely moving. It seems slow to begin but escalates out of control to a chaotic and relentless end, a free fall into oblivion.

Strange to read the negativity here as I for one loved the film.
I'm generally a little jaded by the whole genre but found this not just an interesting take on the Horror but it is the only film that has genuinely made me shout (scream).
The clash of the modern and the horror stories helps keep the story fresh, resulting in an interesting final twist.
Also, it is sad to see Kitty McGeever in her last ever acting role but as ever, is superb.
Overall, and as most of the critics' reviews have stated, this film is a must see.

I have seen many horror films over the years and many have a fairly predictable story to tell, this is where the Unfolding is different, set in the dramatic backdrop of Dartmoor the tension builds throughout without the usual obvious conclusions you would expect, the storyline is loaded with emotional content and the finale is truly impactive, the excellent cast give the the film a feeling of true reality as if this were actually happening and keep the atmosphere brooding, if you like reality horror with a paranormal twist then this film will more than satisfy,
An Excellent film you should check out!

I deleted the film after an hour because nothing much happened.
