Been waiting for this film for years after being a big fan of the book and having read it over and over again. The actor doesn't bring the presence in character and statue that Lenny was so famous for. He facial expressions feel more like a caricature and get really annoying throughout the film by the increased frequency at which they are used. The scene representing his fever dream and singing Wild Thing is just plain ridiculous. Over all the film itself is ok but it feels like someone is taking the p*** a little. Really disappointed as had high expectations

Awesome 😆👍

Certainly worth the wait. Only touched on Lenny's life, a story centred on Roy Shaw. Could easily be room for a sequel.
