Soheir is a doctor who despite the passing of several years fails to bear a child from her husband; the police colonel. Under the pressure of his mother the husband resorts to performing medical analysis which proves that his wife bears no reproductive challenges meanwhile he is barren, yet he gives his wife forged results that prove his ability to procreate. Soheir follows the advice of her maid who tells her to seek the help of a quack who then extorts money out of her, drugs her and transfers the sperms of three different men into her uterus. Hazem is surprised when he learns about his wife’s pregnancy and accuses her of adultery after telling her the truth about him being barren, he then goes to the quack and arrests her.
