Description
When young musicians Ray (Ed Hayter) and Don (Aki Omoshaybi) are evicted from their South London squat, they decide to sell their precious vinyl collection and fly to Memphis in search of their destiny. Frustrated by the shortfall in funds, they steal an uber-rare Black Metal record at a Camden record fair and head out of town to sell it. As they drive north in their beaten-up Volvo Amazon, picking up hitchhiker Susie (Elinor Crawley) en route, they find themselves stalked by dark forces apparently unleashed by the devil disc they have stolen.

An exceptional watch
Co. written and directed by The Peep Show’s Jeremy Wooding (The magnificent Eleven, Blood Moon, Bollywood Queen) and using point of view filming techniques throughout, this well thought through feature follows a adventure with a difference - “it’s a hell of a trip.” Based on a journey following a dream; a dream of high hopes and wild ambitions; things however take on an Erie and ghostly turn when a cursed black metal vinyl is acquired. Great music road-movie.
An enjoyable buddy road movie that takes in some interesting venues in the east and north of England.
A great music score and soundtrack add to the journey from London to Holy island in Northumberland.
The actors all do an excellent job and there are some interesting cameo roles along the way.
Would certainlyrecommend this unusual but very enjoyable film.

Great British Road Movie
This is such a cool and stylish film! Saw it in Peckham on Friday and the director and cast did a Q&A as an added bonus.
How often do you get to see the east coast of Britain in a road trip movie? Well, now is your chance!
These 3 actors are destined for bigger things IMO. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic independent film
Burning Men is a fantastic independent film from director Jeremy Wooding (Peep Show, Blood Moon). It’s a road movie that takes many turns. All three main cast give outstanding performances. Great soundtrack too.
