ZSJL is a DC Comics fan dream movie, at 4 hours nothing is left on the table and Snyder throws everything he can into the mix without it feeling forced. Even at 4 hours it’s paced perfectly and never lags. Without doubt the definitive DC Comics movie and maybe even the greatest comic book movie period!

brilliant film, this in many peoples eyes is the true version, afterall Zach Snyder started the film therefore his vision laid the foundation. The silly and corny cinema release was a laughable joke, trying to make a darker and more threatening DC film into the fun and silly Marvel films was a complete disaster. The reviews and money this version has made goes to show that its the fans that make things succesful, you can push your marketing and your opinions on people but at the end of the day you wont change peoples attitudes. without fans buying tickets, merch and actually enjoying your content there wouldnt be any of these big shot film studios. in order for something to make it, it needs to make it with the fans as we are the consumer (supply and demand). so to the studios behind this, if youre not blind or stupid, do the right thing and restore the snyderverse, the fans would be happy and you would make millions (since thats all you clearly care about) its a win win situation.

Says it’s 4K but comes up as HD only. What’s going on? Great movie but missold as 4K so only 1 star.

Such a great build up to what could be 4 epic additional movies (and the possibility of numerous sequels to the additional films)… Oh wait, never mind, WB once again showing they either have no clue what they’re doing or are so bitter about ZS’s vision proving to be successful with fans that they refuse to accept they’re wrong. I wish these characters belonged to Marvel, at least that way they’d stand a chance of being able to grow and succeed.

ZSJL is undeniably a complete masterpiece. Leaves me scratching my head as to why Warner Bros would favour the version they chose to release at all.

Well worth the wait and probably longer and better than it would have been even if originally completed by Zach Snyder at the time. Almost certainly the running time would have been cut by the WB 'suits' and several storylines would have been truncated as was the case with the original theatrical release of B v S. So let's hope it will be successful and maybe there will be a chance of Zach being allowed to continue what is known as the Snyderverse (but don't hold your breath!)

My only reservations about buying this is the lack of extras (apart from a short documentary which has also now been released on MOS and B v S) but especially the mono version called 'Justice Is Gray'. Is the latter going to be added as an extra in due course or will we be expected to pay again for a separate b & w version if we want it? So I'll hold fire for a while but, if you can't wait, get this now and enjoy the 4 hour marathon that is the definitive, long awaited and magnificent version of Justice League that we have all campaigned for.

Just epic. I love the detail and the extra development of the background and characters. Infinitely better than the first version.

Sorry but this is still a complete mess, overblown and all over the place structurally. Why not give money to the homeless or do something positive for the world than waste another $80 million on this disaster of a re-cut.

This has been a long time coming and a true link in the Superman arc that Zack was telling. It’s 4 hours of pure myth making amazing comic book movie action!! The characters are large than life, each new character gets a full arc and story is beautiful told with real emotion and heart! Quite simply amazing!! A true master piece and 4 hours of one hell of a ride! Watch it and then rewatch it as the lore of DC gets fully used to expand this universe!

This film has rough edges and for all the right reasons. Studio bosses have a habit of taking a film and softening the edges, this version of Justice League is everything! Snyder has produced a trilogy of movies that have survived the times and still have us gagging! #RestoreTheSnyderverse

Really hated the original Justice League so went into this expecting something a little better but maybe still a rough film. This film is a huge jump in quality and makes a bad film great. So much added to give meaning to the events happening. Steppenwolf also looks way better in this version. Loved it.

This is quite simply the best comic book movie I have ever seen! The emotion, the grand spectacle, the visuals, the soundtrack - everything is top notch! Snyder does justice (no pun intended) to all the superheroes in this movie and they all get their moments - my personal favourite being The Flash’s speed force run in the finale - simply exquisite cinema! I genuinely wish Snyder is allowed to continue and make Justice League 2 and 3 as leaving the story unfinished like this is a great injustice to film making. #RestoreTheSnyderVerse

This right here means more than just a movie. It’s a sign of tragedy, perseverance, determination and passion. For three-and-half-years the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement fought valiantly with the odds firmly stacked against us. We were told it didn’t exist, that it was a pipe-dream, that it also would never, ever happen.

But here we are. Zack Snyder’s Justice League is an epic superhero team-up movie. One for the ages. It’s a triumph compared to the bastardised version that was released in 2017. Everything has been restored. The aspect ratio of 4:3 is perfect for this movie. We see every detail in every shot.

This movie will go down in cinematic history. The one that was almost kept in the vault never to see the light of day. It’s also vindication for everyone that worked tirelessly on the original production in 2016.

Zack Snyder deserves this enormous success that the movie has gotten. It’s his vindication after the tragedy that befell him making this movie.

Now imagine WB had stayed the course. The DCEU would be in far better shape than it is now. We move on to try and get the rest of this vision restored.

One of the best superhero films I’ve seen in a long time. Its up there with the best. I thought the run time would be too long for me to watch in one go but it honestly flew by. It’s easy to watch in segment if you want though, because of its chaptered nature.

Scenes are given room to breath and characters all get their moment to shine in this epic. All we need now is for WB to #RestoreTheSnyderverse so we can see the rest of the story. I need to see what happens next!

I like the Marvel films with their lighter tone but for me it’s a breath of fresh air to have something different from those films, something with a darker more mature tone.

This is the Justice League we should have gotten in 2017. Thoroughly enjoyed this from start to finish. Every character has a fleshed out reason for being in the movie with no forced awkward jokes from Joss Whedon.

I’ve followed the story of the Snyder cut from the very beginning, seeing it meant quite a lot. I hope the impact that it makes is enough to warrant a sequel from Zach Snyder.

Played on same tv, same settings and same Apple TV 4K. With Dolby vision, HBO Max vision is significant brighter than iTunes vision.

I am in love in the way that this film has been made and was very disappointed that this was not the original theatrical cut as this was a treat to watch! I hope that Warner Bros. take this movie as testament to show that we want the restoration of Snyder’s vision for these amazing heroes that he has created and given life to!

Cyborg is the star of the film, he is the emotional core of the film. I want to see a Cyborg film after this.
