Funny at times, no plot and a bit boring. The occasional humour makes it 2 stars otherwise it would be 1. Nothing compared to the first film
WARNING: This film contains a sequence of flashing lights which might affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy. The world's most lethal odd couple - bodyguard Michael Bryce (Ryan Reynolds) and hit man Darius Kincaid (Samuel L. Jackson) - are back. Still unlicensed, Bryce is forced into action by Darius's wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek). As Bryce is driven over the edge by the volatile spouses, the trio get in over their heads in a global plot and soon find that they are all that stand between Europe and a vengeful and powerful madman (Antonio Banderas). Joining in the fun and deadly mayhem is Morgan Freeman as…well, you'll have to see.
I enjoyed the first one, a good amount of action and humour made it a good film. They appear to have taken what made it good and tried to up it with very mixed results with more bad than good… Not one I’ll pay full price to add to my collection any time soon.
So poor. slept through it. Direction, script and editing, unfortunate. Felt like a cheap European flick.
This was such a poor watch!!!
This film is like a cross between Fool’s Gold and Sahara but without the desert or ocean setting. Also Matthew McCaunagthy isn’t in it. I’m not sure how to spell his name and I can’t be bothered to look it up.
Absolutely comical that price to rent, can go cinema with popcorn nachos sweets and drink in vip seats for less! Why charge that! Make it a £5 and have plenty more people renting it!
Wew. I watched this when it was released and it was amazing. Violent and sweary, but absolutely stunning and nothing short of a genuine action that only tries to be what it is.
Ryan Reynolds, Salam Hayek and Samuel L Jackson are so great and astounding and this movie is better than the already entertaining first movie. There’s nothing wrong about it.
