I saw this movie 4 times at the cinema. I loved it! Such a great addition to the franchise and a very well done reboot without the master himself Wes Craven. He would be very proud. Jenna Ortega’s performance in particular was out of this world. She deserves an Oscar for her role in this movie. Also really glad to see the OG three (Neve, Courteney and David) return to reprise their roles from the previous four movies. They each could’ve had more screen time, but nonetheless their performances were terrific as usual. I can’t wait for the movie to be released digitally. I don’t see a release date yet, but I hope it will be very soon.

As a big Scream fan i was not disappointed at all. Can’t wait to own it and watch it again. Well written, the only thing was missing for me is a good chase scene. But i still give it a 10/10 can’t wait for the next

After watching the film for a 2nd time at the cinema, I was able to properly digest all the story beats and fully appreciate the new cast of characters. It’s a solid requel that tailors to fans both old and new, continuing on from the previous 4 films but with a fresh coat of paint.

An intelligent, meta, funny and brutal movie with such great performances from the Legacy characters! 10 years worth the wait!

Honestly one of the best sequels to come out of this franchise. Amazing!

I’ve really enjoyed the Scream films - even though the quality dipped with 3.

This new film though is poorly written with major plot holes throughout and motives never really explored or thought through properly.

The legacy cast are good but some of the newer cast members were quite wooden.

If you’re a Scream fan, you’ll probably watch it but keep those expectations low!

Just saw it today, loved it. Actually probably my fav of the 5! Can’t wait to see it again. In order now my favs are: 5,4,1,2,3. So glad this franchise is living on!

Great with scary gory kills

Reverent, iconic and totally unique. One of the most heart pounding and for fulfilling Movies I have seen in years. The commentary was brilliant, the acting was sublime, and the brutality was next level. My favourite of the franchise or very close.

Scream (2022) reignites the franchise in ways that will please long terms fans.

Ghostface is back with plenty of phone calls and some amazing dialogue and some brutal kills that will shock you in areas of this film.

The new cast tries to find their feet in this well established franchise and sometimes feel a little wooden, but they manage to pull it together whilst the legacy cast feel like they have never been away.

Packed with Easter eggs and a finale that has echoes of the original. Scream (2022) is a worthy revival. Pre-order today!!

I was so excited to see this movie and I’m so glad I did. It was kinda obvious who the killers were from the start though. It was like the first movie in a lot of ways in the sense we were in the original house where we saw the musters happen. 👻
