Leonard (Guy Pearce) is tracking down the man who raped and murdered his wife. The difficulty, however, of locating his wife's killer is compounded by the fact that he suffers from a rare, untreatable form of memory loss. Although he can recall details of life before his accident, Leonard cannot remember what happened fifteen minutes ago, where he's going, or why.

4K coming...

Fantastic film. Great performance from Guy Pearce. So at £1.99 it's a no-brainer!

Surprised it's not available in 4K, though this seems to be related to the change in distributer at the start of the year. According to the news release on the new distributers website, "The film will be released on VOD in Q2 2022 and on UHD and Blu-ray at a later date."

Hopefully this iTunes copy will get the 4K upgrade!

They took it away. Now it’s back Nov22 update. Confirmed. My copy is also missing and I only got it in the last year or two. Not happy.

Great movie but...

... this de-listing and re-listing business needs to stop and we're going to continue down-rate the culprits until Apple fixes this. No reason why they can't. Sure, the old purchase remains in the library, but it's sloppy and one could easily be tricked into re-buying the same movie if they're not careful.

Brilliant

Fantastic gripping film with brilliant acting by Pearce. Unfortunately poor reviews from people moaning about Apple relisting this movie have resulted in Momento not getting the star rating it deserves… idiots.

Great film

This is a brilliant film, an old film so not as fast paced by today’s standards but still truly great. Can’t believe it has a two star rating at the minute that’s crazy. Well written and well acted. Guy Pearce is amazing.

Brilliant script, great acting

There are not many films which can be described as truly unique. This is one of the few. The story will get a grip on you early on and stay with you, in a good way, for weeks.

Incredible film being review bombed by idiots.

When you purchase a movie you keep it. Apple doesn’t take it away. It stays in iCloud. Look in the Apple TV app under library and it will be there.

Superb Film. One of Nolan’s finest.

People are negatively reviewing this movie due to being re listed by the studio (apple do not do this) but I’ve checked and my copy (as with all my previously purchased now delisted movies) is still in my library.

Maybe your other copy was purchased using a different iTunes account?

This film is absolutely brilliant, and one of Nolan’s best movies (and that’s saying something as never had a misstep in my opinion, well, maybe TDKR).

I will admit, the practice of relisting movies so that a 4K upgrade can be offered at a further purchase is a very annoying practice, which is not the case here thankfully (it’s being relisted in HD as it was originally) - but this issue is caused by the movie studio and not by Apple.
