Carmen, a captivating, sensual young woman, leaves her family and community behind to escape a Mexican cartel. She flees to the U.S., dreaming of safety and freedom. She is captured by a fierce volunteer border patrol who tries to kill her. Shocked by this violence his patrol partner, returned soldier Aidan saves Carmen and helps her escape.
