Great book suitable for all ages

I saw this movie and I loved it. I saw the animation and it is absolutely rubbish. Watch this it is cooler. I am turning 9 in April and I think ages 8-12 would like this

I remember as a kid watching this film for the first time in primary school and we only got to the bit where Lucy opens the waredrove for the first time. I remember saying to myself, ‘oh, I wonder what’s going to happen’ and getting really excited. But every time we got to that bit, we had to go to next lesson or home time, or lunch. So rewatching this film for the first time in a long time, it’s actually pretty good. The effects still hold up after 13 years. Yea, love it.

I love this amazing film. Narnia was my fascination growing up and this film is just breathtaking and does it absolute justice.

I love this film (it is epic and i never ever use that word but it id true about this film)and all but 7.99 is a bit to much to pay to get a film!even for this one.

Lots of potential but poorly produced. Little suspense and no outstanding visuals, CGI or not. Ensure your kids read the book/s first to truly fall in love with the storyline.

I love this film keeps me comforted at night and when im outside I just love this film don't hesitate there is a few bits that make you jump a little scary but I guess u get that in all pgs I love this 4 years ago wow

Amazing is all I have to say

A wonderful adaption of a childhood favourite, the lovely posh cast keep things ticking along nicely. And then there's Tilda Swinton and Jim Broadbent too.

May include science related talking lions.

This was given a few weeks ago by iTunes as the 99p rental so gave it a go. Not a parent and not particularly in the children's type films although do like fantasy type films. Really enjoyed it. The young actress playing Lucy is excellent. It's a bit of a moral in the story too which probably will appeal to older kids, Edumund learns that Turkish delight isn't everything! Tilda Swinton is superb as the White Queen and the special effects and scenery are too. The mighty Aslan is wonderful and I was glad when the twist occurred concerning him. Worth the cash to rent even if only to keep your kids entertained over Christmas. The soundtrack is worth checking out too.

I love the original and was bitterly disappointed by this re-make. What was worse is that it is a really dark film where Aslam disappears into the background. Parts of the film are much too dark for young children and without that audience I am not sure who is left that would want to watch it. Stick to the animated original. Much better!

This is one of my favourite films ever. The storyline and music are brilliant and it kept loyal to the book which is fantastic. I can't wait to see the second one. When is it coming out to rent??

I think the film is great and has amazing special effects but come on? 10.99 pounds when you can get it cheaper at tesco??!!

This film is INCREDIBLE!!!!! You really have to watch it. Don't listen to the people who say it is bad, it is so great! The graphics are so brilliant, when you first see Aslan, I thought he was a real lion! Also, Edmund is adorable. It is my favourite film, as well as Prince Caspian (the other Narnia film)! Also the music is exellent, it always give my tingles. So yeah, buy it or rent it, it's 10 out of ten, 100% great and 5 stars!

This film is really amazing!!! It ticks all the right boxes... the acting and storyline are brilliant and the music is fab; as well as being faithful to the book. Is a little small for an iPod screen but thats only a tiny, tiny flaw. If you have the money to spend and are thinking about buying it, I would tell you not to hesitate!!!!

its story line is amazing and it had me hooked the second it started .x i love how it showed edmund as the Black Sheep of the family. i would recomend for anyone who liked adventurous magical films to buy this film x
