Description
Golden Globe-winner Jim Carrey ("Bruce Almighty," "The Truman Show") stars in the hilarious comedy about a man who decides to say "yes" to everything, instead of saying "no" all the time, which had left him depressed and alone. Now, as the "Yes Man," he finds himself leading an exciting life, traveling the world meeting interesting people, and along they way finding romance. it was okay
i wouldnt "Rave" about this film it wasnt the best. some parts were funny but then there were some parts where you sat there and went omg, seriously. it was pointless if i am to be honest. THINK BEFORE BUYING.

Repetitive
Didn't find it funny but repetitive with every action in the movie and found it hard to be funny as jim carrey was trying too hard.

Funny!
Loved it! Saw it in cinema and laughed my head off. Another gem by Mr Carrey! I was taken with Zooey Deschanel. She was equally as funny back and a good actress.
This is just pure comedy. You have to check it out.
When my friend( who'd read and loved the book) and I left the cinema we decided to say Yes to everything. Its a little harder in real life, but we tried for a while.lol

Amazing
A great film all round. A captivating performance from lead man Carrey, which proved he can be serious, but can also be hilarious. This is definately his best film since The Truman Show (If your a Carrey fan, you must watch it), the only problem is maybe it is a little similar to Liar Liar. Nevertheless, an amazing film, and a truly unbelievable performance by Carrey.

After reading the book, which was excellent, i was looking forward to watching the film. It hardly related to the book at all and was disjointed. Jim Carrey was his usual sickly un-funny self as usuaL.What a shame

Easy watching feel good movie very much in the vein of Carrie's previous titles such as Liar Liar and Bruce almighty. If you liked either of those movies I think it is safe to say that this will tickle your funny bone, typical Jim Carrie antics and Norm the Office manager is legendry! Not to mention that I have started to look at my elderly neighbour in a whole new light...
I really enjoyed the movie and the message it had to give, the perfect companion to a take away

Compared to the book- it's bad
There's two ways at looking at this film.
You can compare it to the book, which in my opinion is much better, they take funny things from the book and Jim Carey it.
As a film on it's on it's good fun and worth watching but definatly read the book by Danny Wallace!

Not an amazingly laugh out loud comedy but a good light hearted film following the normal Jim Carey plot. (Everything starts off bad, gets much better, something goes wrong - back to bad; fixes everything a happy ending...)

Worth one watch
Ok quite funny in parts. Definately not Jim at his best though. Proper "feel good" comedy. Goes extremely preachy and cheesy towards the end of the film. As with most American films of this class I suppose it's to be expected!
