In Spider-Man 2, the latest installment in the blockbuster Spider-Man series, based on the classic Marvel Comics hero, Tobey Maguire returns as the mild-mannered Peter Parker, who is juggling the delicate balance of his dual life as college student and a superhuman crime fighter. I can confirm this downloaded file do have Closed Captions for the Deaf. But Spider-Man 1 and Spider-Man 3 do NOT have Closed Captions. Only Spider-Man 2 have CC at the moment, at time of my review.

One of my favourite super hero films of all time!

This film has once again some amazing cgi and loads of intense action sequences.

This time, the villain is Doctor Octipolous, and he gets tentacles from a science experiement that went very wrong. The tentacles take over his brain by telling him to take other the world.

Spider man loses his powers and lives a perfect normal life for 30 minutes, which is one of my favourite parts of the movie. I love the way that peter also stops a train with his power, it just proves how powerful he is as a hero.

A very good movie. I recommend you go get it!

One of the best Superhero movies ever made

The low reviews are for the Apple release. Not the film itself.

This is a truly great, classic movie. Perfectly balanced humour, masses of frame and incredible action.

Shows how almost all the modern Marvel films are machine-made products and not cinematic Marvels like this one.

My old purchase is 4k!

Just checked and my old purchase is showing 4k.

I’ve only given it 2 stars because like everyone is saying, Apple and the film industry are trying to confuse people to buying the same title more than once!

So after initially feeling annoyed about being stiffed over the relisted 4KDV version with the prospect of having to buy again which I was refusing to do, the original boxset purchase has just been upgraded to 4KDV with Atmos.

Why iTunes why?!

A free upgrade to 4K was done on the other two maguire films and not this one. I refuse to pay again for the same film unless the film has extra scenes. C’mon Apple, I bought the 4K Apple TV for the upgraded films only, not so I could repurchase all of my old movies from you yet again.

Last minute buying.

I purchase all the 3 Spiderman movies and they happen to be 4K and all for £6.99 each including the special features and I know a lot of you have been annoyed and upset cuz of the last minute 4K versions but it’s sometimes it’s worth waiting so I give iTunes a fair chance but all and all I call that a win win!!!!

Purchased the HD box set- 2 of the movies have upgraded and 4K (and so they should!) yet this one has been taken out and “reset”

Apple is beginning to look untrustworthy and makes me wonder if I should stop parting with my hard earned money to them all of the time

Outrageous than they can upgrade to UHD in 2 out of the 3 in the Trilogy. But not the only one worth upgrading. Thereby forcing you to pay extra for a film you already have.

Another lie from Apple

I thought it was only Universal Pictures that was greedy by relisting their movies. Other companies have followed, it’s getting ridiculous now. Why should i buy two movies that are exactly the same, one in HD and the other in 4K.

How is Apple allowing this?

Apple said we will get free 4K upgrades, well yet another lie.

Why the new version? Makes no sense

Like others struggle to see why a new version was added and there was no 4K upgrade to the previously available version. Especially as the other 2 films in the trilogy were upgraded.
