Great cast, but Joaquin Phoenix is superb. He is absolutely at the height of his skills currently with his recent releases.

Tripped Out

What do u get when u mix drugs and detectives? Inherent vice. Beautifully shot, funny, great script.

If you are like me you will find the plot confusing, however it feels like you are seeing it through the eyes of the stoner detective himself, as he searches clues through the fog of dope. Perhaps a bit too long? But didn't regret watching it.

Pure bliss - buy the ticket, take the ride…..don’t worry so much about “what’s happening”, just let it wash over you. It is hugely enjoyable.
