One of the best marvel adaptations to date. A very impressive CGI/FX team to have made the perspective of being tiny like a ant'. Best since honey I shrunk the kids!! very good storyline and good acting, as long as inventive ideas that marvel has used to make a wider range of superheroes. Very good. Our age rating//: PG-13 // Overall 4-4.5/5.

The newest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, 2015's Ant-Man closes out Phase Two with a bite size bang and is not only a blast to watch, but got us to fall in love with a superhero who basically summons ants to help him save the world. As silly as it sounds, Ant-Man as a super-powered hero was no joke when it came to taking down baddie, Yellow Jacket, and thanks to the creative team behind the film we were scold on how vital Ant-Man's bad assery is to the MCU eco system. Its biggest flaw may be the lack of Paul Rudd's signature humour, but the actions, the humour, the special effects and talented cast make for the perfect recipe to tell this origin story and get us ready for Phase Three.

In my opinion a man pretending to be an ant is never gonna be as good as superman etc..

BUT it kept me entertained somehow. Another hit from marvel, well done guys!!!

one of the most enjoyable superhero romps I’ve seen. Not too formulaic and some neat touches with the ability to control the ants! Didn’t take itself too seriously (unlike the other franchises). A recommended watch.

First it wouldn't download in sd format until I changed my Apple TV settings to 1080 format.

Second the sound was quite echoey for the first ten minutes then broke up on and off for the next five and occasionally through out the film. The film itself is your basic misunderstood bad guy comes good and saves the world.

Good action good story but hated that we didn't get to see much of the villan

This is probably now my joint favorite Marvel Movie alongside Winter Soldier... I gave it a miss in the cinema due to suffering from super-hero movie fatigue and it wasn't really a character I knew. But I kind of regret it now because it is a fantastic movie!

Everyone was cast brilliantly especially Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man and it was great to see how he is going to tie in to the wider Marvel Universe with a great seen involving Falcon and two great end of credit scenes.

Definitely a must for the collection!

I've never been a huge ant-man fan, and I've struggled with Rudd as an actor. So I was pleasantly surprised to find I loved this film. Comedy, action, great acting, great story... Exactly what you want from a Marvel film.

I wasn’t sure about this film from descriptions but it really delivers. What fun, adventure, humor - all round quality - it has it all. The wait for the sequel is on but so is the pressure to equal this little diamond.

I purchased the SD version of this movie and 3.07 its glitches…Jumps forward 10 seconds then goes back to normal? Anyone else having this problem?

Great film well worth watching

Much like the reimagined Thor film, I half expected to find a complete filler film, and yet again I was wrong. Ant-Man was suprisingly entertaining. Unlike some of the Marvel series films, this does the job. Good action, Ok storyline, decent humour. Not over the top, no excessive use of CGI. Gets my vote.

A lesser known comic book hero is always a gamble. Thankfully they pulled it off.

... And I really don't know how they managed it. All throughout this movie you can feel the weight of the larger Marvel universe looming over it. The need to connect it, the need to make the story relevant, the need to bring in other aspects and characters from the lore and somehow make it all feel like a unique package. Somehow they managed effortlessly to jump through all those hoops and create one of the best Marvel movies yet.

Easily up there with the first Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy.

I loved it, what a really fun movie!

It was a while from hearing rumours about ant-man being made into a film. And wow what a great film, and what a pick for Paul Rudd to play the marvel superhero. Who would have thought Mike from friends would end up been in the Avengers franchise. Amazing. Can't wait for C.A civil war next year!!!!!

This is definitely in my top three Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, alongside Guardians of the Galaxy and The Avengers.

Action, adventure, heist, comedy, sci-fi and superhero, all rolled into the one movie. Brilliant.

I really didn't think I was going to like this film - (watched it on a plane for something to do) - however, I have to say that this is a great movie, very very funny for both adults and children. A real must see!!

This movie is incredible. A ton of fun with brilliant action and hilarious dialogue this is another fantastic win for Marvel. Paul Rudd plays a likable and charismatic hero who really makes you root for him and his goals. Michael Pena is the real heist of this film as he steals every scene that he is in. Corey Stoll as the villain was a fantastic choice from Marvel. He can play the corporate business man and an intimidating villain. The visuals are stunning in this film. All of the tiny ant scenes are visually outstanding and hilarious. The are two post credit scenes which are fantastic and really tie into the larger universe. Ant Man is a fantastic movie it is a must watch!
