Description
In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman (Will Arnett) – stars in his own big-screen adventure. I really thought this was going to be better. There were LMAO moments but they were few and far between. Very similar to The LEGO Movie but in a bad way. I wish I hadn't wasted the money.

It's ok. I didn't find it as funny or watchable as the first lego movie. TBH the voice of batman for on my nerves after a while. The story was a bit of a mess. Love lego but this left me a bit bored. All a Bit messy. Wish I didn't spend £14 on it!

The title says it all: I thought this movie was great but in comparison to The LEGO Movie, it falls short of expectations. If The LEGO Movie is a 9/10 (which I think it is), The LEGO Batman Movie is a 7/10.

Slightly disappointed with this film given the great reviews and superb Lego Movie.
It's got a fair amount of good humour and tongue-in-cheek references to past films etc which are good.
The overall theme of the film is surprisingly original but quite adult. My boys of 8 & 6 found a lot of the film quite slow and didn't come out raving about it like the previous film.
All in all a decent watch but I won't be adding it to my iTunes collection which is a shame because I really thought I would enjoy it more than I did.
