In Incredibles 2, Helen is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet, Dash and baby Jack-Jack – whose superpowers are about to be discovered. This is just as good as the first one. The only issues I have with the movie is the villain. The villain from the first one was better and that it copied so much from the first movie

I haven’t seen it for a while and it doesn’t live up to Puss In Boots 2 standard.(Get that film it is AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGG!!) all I know is that it is kind of OK but too scary for young children and not as friendly for that many young people like the first one was. But idk

Started to watch it on a long fly from Doha:

- Really boring

- The mother’s voice is like old and tired, rather a very aged great grandmother. It’s just annoying.

- It wasn’t worth to wait 10+ years for this sequel

A weak story with none of the charm of the original.

Incredibles 1 showed that super hero movies can have multiple layers, be clever, fun & appeal to a wide audience.

In comparison Incredibles 2 felt very flat & unimaginative with much less appeal.

This seemed to be more of a 'tying up the themes left open from the first film' exercise, with a load of retro-fitted, minor superheroes thrown in with powers allocated that conveniently help get the flimsy story to a close.

Good to see the old characters again, but when you compare it to the original film, the plot, the side stories, the characters & the 'heart' are all a bit lacking. It just felt a bit glib, throwaway & rushed.

I know we've been spoilt rotten by dozens of superhero films between the original & the sequel, & keeping that level of awe was always going to be difficult (with every film 'super', no film will be...), but this felt like so many Disney 'straight to video' sequels.

The makers should've taken notes from the first film's director's commentary.

pixars stories of old used to be ground breraking and surprising with humour believablilty a great story and really touching.

This isnt worth the price of a rental. Without lassiter art the helm the studio has really fallen off. I didnt ecven get to the end.

Lazy writing, a few good scenes but mostly over-used flashy graphics and sound effects to try an compensate (and fail) film goes nowhere, you don't build up any empathy for the characters and at the end you're left wondering why did I watch this?

Absolutely outstanding!!! Love this film and like how it smoothly carries on from the first incredibles except it doesn’t say what happened to the mole 😊 apart from this I love it 😍

Movie’s great, but iTunes should have a warning on the store page for those susceptible to photo sensitive seizures as this film contains scenes which could easily trigger them.

Come on iTunes, get your act together!

No 4K = no buy - not at this price.

Good film, a little boring at points. Family enjoyed it and the plot line and general film look is fantastic. My 4 year old enjoyed it, so did I, found it a little long. Overall 3 stars as I did not laugh as much as hoped for, and Disney quality of writing seems to be dropping for all their films. These films are no longer as captivating as they once were, the content has become soft... where is the hidden adult humour?

My biggest issue is the lack of 4K from Disney. HD is okay but on a large screen it is so much better and at full price I won’t buy any non 4K now, ideally with Dolby Vision as well. Come apple sort it out with Disney... even google play has this in UHD and if you sell a 4K Apple TV the content should all be 4K! It’s annoying! People won’t pay more for 4K but they will buy at full price at release.

Let’s be honest the first incredibles was boring but I have to be honest this is a lot better but unfortunately it does have its boring moments in the middle but It actually is better than the original. The reason it’s four stars is because it’s above average but not perfect.

Incredibles 2 has more of a better plot than the first with brilliant extras such as jack jack and flash backs to the first movie

And has a nice long story where the heroes all get together at the end with genius plot twist that will shock you.

Far superior to the first. Animation was excellent as always - in keeping with the original, but nicely updated. Well written, funny, engaging and pretty much everything you could want from an action movie.
