The excellent high concept ideas slowly got boring through slow action and weak scenes.

Ended up being very boring and lame. Even the climax was obvious and not very hard hitting when it arrived.

I love the whole idea of this film and wanted to see it for ages. When I did see it I loved it. It has an amazing storyline to back up the original concept which is explained very well during the movie. It should be confusing but it is made very clear.

Hope you liked the little pun there, in time, waste of time huh? Huh? Anyway a horrible film with some pretty terrible acting and when they die it looks like their losing their big V

As sci-fi story goes it starts with a well explained new invention and then starts to explore the social impact of it get the plot moving. It is good film for 20 minutes but then things go wrong. The story arc then starts to fall apart completely 25% of the way through. Hints at "Blade Runner" but ends like a really bad version of "Bonnie & Clyde".

The best film I've seen in a while and a great concept with a great setting. They're I'd something for everyone from gangsters to gambling and from romance to power it has every emotion. A must see! ( one of the gangsters is hot!)

The concept is really good but its a low budget film.

If you like lots of big money action this film is not for you.

Justin Timberlake actually a very good actor, and I watched this film twice which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

It takes the idea of 'time is money' to the extreme. Very entertaining and quite interesting.

I absolutely loved this film. Always has action going on from car crashes to time nearly running out to banks being robbed. I would highly recommend this film as its worth every penny, don't miss out on this outstanding film

Good movie, explains a lot of what is happening on the economy today. But as usual people who don't understand the difference between Capitalism and Socialism blame capitalism for blatant socialism corruption.

Force like what we see in the movie cannot be used without government doing it. Just like the Federal Reserve is printing away the value of wages and savings to provide corporate welfare (socialism for the Rich). Swap the time on their arm for the Dollars the government forces us to use and it explains our current socialism corruption. Not voluntary capitalism. The. Zones could not be erected in a free market, unlike Berlin and China.

Other than that a good movie.

This film is great and worth watching. Some people say they don't like it but they really just don't like the actors I say it's worth the watch ! Even if sci fi isn't our cup of tea

Downloaded this film as there was nothing on tv , was quite surprised, really enjoyed it although the ending was a bit pants, other than that it was ok :-)

General storyline is OK but Justin T was simply rubbish. Bad bad acting showing why he should remain a singer, spoilt the whole movie for me.

A surprisingly good movie, especially since i did not expect much. Timberlake continues to surprise me with his acting skills.

This film is well written, with some clever concepts about life and time. The Direction is simple yet strategic. The story takes you on a journey of discovery, without being too depressing and morbid. Very clever well worth the money, watched it twice. Has something for everyone.

Unfortunately that's about it. Awful script, woeful acting had to turn it off half way through so not to waste my time and watch something more entertaining. Rent or borrow DONT buy!

i feel the critics got this film wrong, was a film that you just cant leave, marvelous! and was such a fabulous idea!

The creators of In Time have clearly put a lot of thought in to how the world would work if time were used as currency, and this aspect of the film is beautifully realised and crammed full of straight-faced puns. Less well thought out is what exactly the consequences would be of messing with that system, and it's a bit of a disappointment when what starts as an intelligent sci-fi thriller decides to opt for a run-from-the-cops-fight-the-machine! format. It would have been great to see 'Timekeeper' Cillian Murphy show some traces of doubt in his job, or Timberlake's character consider just how short-term all the effects of his actions would be. Still, the excitement of the ticking clock gives the film all the momentum it needs, and a development of the concept in a sequel wouldn't be unwelcome!

This film was great! The cast were convincing and great actors and the original and unique plot line kept me on the edge of my seat. A brilliant film.

It was ok to watch, but lacked substance. And I don't think the writers thought everything through. It had a lot of potential, but some scenes just came across as really lame.

Timber lake was not as bad as I thought he was going to be?

This film is on par with any of the array of awful films I've seen. If I could re-claim the 2 hours (excuse the pun) of my life, id greatly appreciate it.

Thoroughly enjoyed this film, very unique story, even though it could have been better in places this film has earned a good review, good role for Justin to get noticed. I could not fault the acting as it fitted in with the style of film, liked the script, 5 star. I would recommend too others who enjoy a good film and are not biased at films out of their usual choice range

I missed off a star for quite frankly sh** acting, but the film is so amazing! The concept is terrifying, the filming is beautiful, and all the way through i thought it was just MINDBLOWING.i was all like,  really very cleverly made, (i love how there are 99 Second shops, etc)

Interesting plot devices and characters abound. This film is a rather good modern sci-fi noir.

I've never been a fan of Justin Timberlake, but he doesn't disappoint in this film.

The film has a great story, and is carefully written. I'm impressed.

Not sure what to make of it . Overall disappointing because the story is just a shell.. there is no depth. On the other hand it's wasn't awful. Id wait until it shows up on TV.

Interesting concept!

Gripping movie!

Yeah, they could have done it better... But the idea is really good :D

It's a numbers film this. What did it take on first opening. Because by the time the budget on marketing was paid out the reviews were probably so-so. And yet people went to see this. It's a neat idea and you know the director, wrote and produced it. Admirable. Cost a lot to make. And even here it's had a load of reviews. Ok it's a formula but it's entertainment. And I found it entertaining. Of course I can think of a dozen films better than this. But who wants great food when you crave pizza. Justin Timberlake was perfect and so to Amanda Seyfried. But I can't help feeling that all the money in profits goes to furnacing their lifestyle as opposed to their 'art'. And I'm ok with that too. It's ok. Really. But you know it should have been much better.

This movie could be good but isn't. In fact it is very, very poor. Therefore keep your cash and rent something worthwhile.

Plot is well thought through but side plots go no where worth a watch.
