Beware before buying the digital download that the amazing IMAX scenes of this and Dark Knight have been cropped down to letter box. Ruined the movie for me as the blu-rays are the original cinema version where the picture switches to full screen in high resolution when the IMAX camera was used.

Best of the Batman trilogy and also probably the best ‘super hero’ movie of all time.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE TRAILER WHICH LED ME ONTO NOT WATCHING THE FILM, THE TRAILER WAS REALLY UNINSPIERING AND ALSO VERY UNIMAGINATIVE.

Honestly, th out of all the DC movies I have watched, The Dark Knight trilogy is defiantly the best DC movies of the lot. All the actors in this trilogy were amazing and loved Tom Hardy as Bane.

While a fitting end to the series, which I see as an elseworlds style Batman story, the middle of this movie is bogged down in exposition and a villain that just isn’t all that interesting.

Bane has a rich history in the comics and it felt here that the character is rushed into the limelight and doesn’t get a chance to show his intelligence and cunning as much. The ending sort of redeems the film, though, and was a pretty brave decision but felt true to the Nolan version of the character.

This Film can be the only film that can compete with the classics

the dark knight rises is a good movie and a good concusion to the trilogy.but it's not as good as the dark knight and for a movie about batman, there is little to no batman in this movie.but i enjoyed it.see this movie for yourself and decide if you like the dark knight rises or not.

Simply a fantastic film. This film has everything to make it great. Mark these words, it will be a classic. Even if you don't do the whole superhero thing you'll get it. Now watch it.

Best movie in the world by far

Never reaches the heights of The Dark Knight.. Not a good baddie.. What was the mask all about? And where did that accent come from? As for Batman he starts off hobbling around on a stick like Yoda, but one knee brace later and he's taking on all comers..

A very good batman movie, but not as good at the first dark knight

As far as feel good hero movies should go, this one does it very very well. There is the personal conquest of fears and old habits for many characters, as well as the overall victory over evil.

This has to be one of the greatest films ever made, and part of one the greatest trilogies ever made...im both honoured and humbled to have seen these films in my life time.

Basically he thinks this movie is so over rated and can't believe that people like this . He is insanely stupid as this movie is brilliant and well directed. He needs to open up his eyes and stopping being negative . As it drives people crazy when a outstanding movie gets critised by faggits that don't know what's happening

I watched it firstly at the cinema and It was incredible. I thought it was fantastic and couldn't wait to watch it again...

However second watch, my opinion changed dramatically. It's takes about an hour for the film to get started so I found myself skipping bits. Then I also realised that compared to the two previous Batman films, batman himself doesn't get a lot of film time which is NOT GOOD!!

This film is great if your a neutral but if your more of a batman fan and look a bit closer to the details in the film, then it's not all what it's hyped up to be.

There are a lot of flaws but I'm not one to worry about them, it's batman... HE DOES WHAT HE WANTS, HE DOES WHAT HE WAAAANTS! HIS NAME IS BATMAN, HE DOES WHAT HE WANTS!

my favourite of the three. great villian. great acting, special mention to michael caine . IMO bale shoulda been nommed for best actor at the oscars. great stuff. nitpicks yeah, but a great film. the 2hr 45 m run time just flys by

Bane was epic I liked how they didn't kill such a strong character and I liked how they took him out nice and quick and the only way Christopher Nolan really could end it all good ending

The best part of this movie was the fabulous score by hans Zimmer. Aside from that, the casting wasn't great and there wasn't enough action

Why is this film still expensive to download ? It only £6 in the shops I can. Buy the disc an convert it

This is with out doubt one of the greatest movies ever made and the best superhero movie there is by far. A fantastic finish to the trilogy

I was highly anticipating the release of this film, and i was not disappointed, the acting is top class and the story line is dark and brilliant. The way the film is presented makes this a top film and the way scenes are always dark to go along with the extremely dark story line makes this a mind-blowing film.

The third instalment of The dark knight sequels is epic. To be honest even though I did watch the dark knight (the first film of 2008) I didn't quite enjoy it because I didn't understand the whole concept of batman and I soon got into batman which made me want to watch the third film and it was well worth it. There was a lot of action and by far was the best 2012 action film that is saw. Seriously buy it, otherwise after seeing the trailer you will regret joy buying it and will then buy it.

Great movie! Not better than Avengers Assemble

Good film - all in all! Tom Hardy brilliantly terrifying as Bane, but there's not enough of Batman. HOWEVER I bought the film a while ago - and I hadn't any time to re-watch TDKR. So, why are there no iTunes Extras? Someone help….? :'(

Was epic during most of the movie but the ending was rushed, but still good film which could of been almost as good as the dark knight if ending wasn't rushed.

I expected high things from this movie and i wasnt disappointed it lived up to the expectations of the batman saga and am happy to give it 5 stars

Shame that christian bale wont do another movie though

Not as good as the dark knight, however better than batman begins. Tom Hardy is very good in this movie, but in my opinion Heath Ledger as Joker is unbeatable. The whole story is very good and Christopher Nolan is a genius. The second best superhero movie of all time, number. 1 is the dark knight and the 3rd best is batman begins. Iove all of the batman movies

One of the best, if not THE best film I have ever seen. Every character is played magnificently. Tom Hardy stole the show in my opinion; portraying Bane so amazingly, words cannot describe! Do not hesitate to watch this film a thousand times!

Great film, amazing effects throughout the film with an outstanding story line. Good closure to a brilliant trilogy.

If you're into batman films this one is the best of them all. Very good story and also has a very weird twist, keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way through. Easily a 10/10

Amazing film. The first time I watched it it was so good I just had to watch it over again.

Everyone says Bane's voice is really hard to understand but I found it surprisingly easy and I don't think it takes anything away from the film. I wish there was another Batman film as they're just so good, although I find Bale's character slightly insubstantial when compared to Hardy and Ledger it's still amazingly well acted.

A very good ending to a great retelling of the Batman story. Out of the three films this one is the best, the only gripe I have about the film is Bane not given the correct back story but apart from this very tiny annoyance which doesn't distract from the story or the telling of it .

Basically it's a simple story simply told which can be said of the whole trilogy the upside of this is Christopher Nolan and team have managed to portray Batman the closest to the batman of the graphic novel and certainly breathed new life in to a what was a spent character & series shame it is the last one so to end with the best way with people wanting more .

The DKR was an epic film that was full of action. Bruce exposes himself back into the harsh streets of Gotham City, accompanied by Catwoman, to take down his most strong, evil and vial villain yet, Bane…! Five star for me, definitely, and if I could, I would give it six.

All three movies for me are 5* but Rises just edges it for me.Great climax to the trilogy that just leaves you yearning for more.

Boring and the story it too long with no sense.
