If you’re going talk about a topic make sure you have more than a superficial knowledge of it. E.g. Tommy Robinson

This has to be my favourite podcast of all time! It’s a big part of the reason why I chose to do politics A-level and why I’m considering taking it at university next year. I might not agree with absolutely EVERYTHING the boys say but it is thoroughly entertaining, informative and thought provoking. Keep up the good work babes xox

Politics and piss-taking, different political views while staying friendly(ish)!

Excellent podcast, and begs the question why this format is so rare? To be able to discuss different and sometimes opposing views in a light hearted, accessible and knowledgeable way without either cosying or mudslinging.
I’ve been increasingly turned off the major newsgroups on political matters as they're far too tribal. So here is Jazza, a remainer and Jimmi, a leaver, talking honestly about recent news events. I used to think of them as good cop and bad cop (ok not in a particularly intimidating way!) but now think it’s more like the overly passionate student activist versus the decent but cynical barrister – sorry guys!
They can sometimes ramble off topic but it is a genuinely engaging and informative hour, in fact my favourite. Their blind spots are acknowledged –they’re not exactly from the wrong side of the tracks –but this is balanced and entertaining stuff and their independence means the debate can cover any ground. They usually end in disagreement, so you decide which side you find yourself, check them out!

Jazza and jimmy make politics a lot more bearable and interesting in the use of their wit. A perfect partnership. The podcast is both informative and insightful and can be understood by even a mere layman like myself. Keep up the good work. Love you guys

Not a bad show, but a bit centrist for my liking, so to the left I go.

This is a great podcast, Jazza & Jimmy show that (mostly) good natured & informed discussion is actually possible between leavers & remainers still. A wide variety of political topics are discussed in some depth. Of course, being a metropolitan elite remainer Jazza is mostly wrong about most things but he's entertaining while he's at it bless him.

Adam and Joe do politics.

And I mean that on a good way, a remainer and a Brexiter discuss our ever worsening world. Don’t worry about the Brexiter, I think he’s pro ruin for the weird uptight sovereignty angle rather the xenophobic nut job one. They say they’re millennials, but I don’t find them annoying particularly, I quite like them.
When I say “Adam and Joe”, they don’t do songs or anything, but they could.

I've listened to this podcast for over a year and have listened to every episode as soon as it hits my podcast feed. The conversation stays accessible without feeling patronising and the political analysis is clear and easy to understand. If you're looking for intense, complex deep dives into the issues perhaps you're looking in the wrong place. But if you're looking for an interesting discussion between two fairly informed hosts that gets you thinking about the issues of the week without it feeling tiring - this is the place to be. Also, if the rumours are to be believed one of the hosts has a glorious beard.

Love it!

Been listening for a while now and I'm always excited to see the next episode pop up on a (mostly) regular basis. Informative and accessible discussion of mostly UK politics although occasionally also giving a much needed spotlight to issues elsewhere that can often be overlooked by traditional media. Although the hosts have somewhat similar backgrounds and outlooks in most cases, they do make an effort to include guests with a variety of views and backgrounds which broadens things nicely. All in all very enjoyable to listen to and has an excellent user engagement section which makes listening to the end a must!

Just subscribed to Jazza on YouTube and found out about this podcast, I wish I had found it sooner! The coverage of Brexit is by far the best I have heard, it is so hard to find a podcast that covers both sides of the debate. I am a remainer but my family disagree, this helped me see their points of view without it just being shouted at be and treated like gospel. I love the comedic take on politics and current affairs. Keep it up!

One Of My Favourites

This is definitely one of my favourite political podcasts. The two hosts (Jazza and Jimmy) present the week's political news and discuss in a balanced way. It is hard to find a political podcast that has no obvious political leaning. However, although the political leanings of the hosts are obvious, they are very different so are able to present the show in a very balanced way. Their coverage of Brexit was one of the best that I've found. As a Remainer, Jimmy does a very good job of making the future seem less bleak with his optimistic view of Brexit, while Jazza helps by venting exactly what I'm thinking. Thank you for a great podcast!

An interesting young white male, south east England take on politics. Not always well informed, particularly on issues outside their experience. For example their understanding of Scottish politics is non-existent, but reflects many of the attitudes that anger Scottish voters. They also fail to represent any female voice, no doubt because potential contributors have heard the podcast and its attitude towards women. However, it's a good to be exposed to alternative views in my podcast feed.

TRD always covers a broad range of topics including politics and current affairs. I don't get much time to watch the news so I feel every week I get the best stories delivered to me in a very eloquent and comprehensive fashion through this podcast. The hosts are very enthusiastic and have a refreshing sense of humour. I've added this to my 'must listen' list along with high tier topical shows. Highly recommend! Never a bore!

Its the media/political equivalent of the Football Ramble . Apart from there being 4 hosts , there are 2 regulars . And its nothing to do with football . But its good . Its very good . Almost as much fun as football .
