Honestly the best d and d podcast I have ever heard for that matter one of the best podcasts in general I have just stared playing d and d and this was so helpful to me to learn how to play the game would definitely recommend this to anybody starting out or who has been playing for a while

Consistently funny, and some of the best comedic role playing going. All the regulars are great and so are the guests. Players cause chaos, the DM does his best, and the other DM causes chaos.

This podcast has been nothing but brilliant to listen to. Very entertaining! 👍🏻

The best D&D podcast I’ve heard by far.

Quite possibly the best show.

Man oh man, I started listening to this about a week ago, and have managed to listen to practically every episode (currently up to Freezo's Fun House part 2) in that space of time, festing out about 6 hours a day at work. I can not stress enough how brilliant this show is.

They're all excellent and I love everyone. Alex Lee's Philge is easily my favourite character. Michael Hing is hilarious, and Ben Jenkins & Edan Lacey often steal the show as the NPCs (the random tangents are too brilliant). And Kudos to Dave Harmon for being an excellent DM and doing his best to hold the whole show together.

I'm an ametuer DM and so I was originally listening to get some good ideas for being a good DM and how to run a descent session, but I instantly got hooked due to everyone on the Show.

I will be sad when I've caught up and have to wait for new episodes!

I had no interest in D&D before listening to this fantastic podcast! Funny, clever, crude and many other words that mean good! My only criticism is that it’s not weekly, but thats your fault for not listening to it already so they can get more sponsors. You jerk.

Hilarious in no small part due to its looser, more improvised tone compared to other D&D pods. Great stuff from the DM, players and characters- especially Philge and Baston- fantastic music, and the NPCs are absolutely brilliant!

Hilariously funny, makes me laugh out loud when listening at work (via ear buds NSFW). Love Freezo so much! Just so much fun and a great Dungeons and Dragons podcast. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a DnD podcast with some extra fun and laughs. The entire cast is just brilliant and so, so funny! Listening from season one all over again whilst waiting for new episodes to appear. Love it. Listen to it!

This show is good, and if you listen to it people will find you more attractive. These idiots are very funny, and have fantastic guests and live music and foley backing (!). Maybe start with series 4.

I discovered this podcast late in 2017 when I used to work nights and I would listen to it walking home at 6am. It was so atmospheric and immersive and yet so funny and let me zone out and feel better after a long night of work. I would spend my whole shift looking forward to listening to Dragon Friends, that’s how good it is. Consistently great podcast. 5/5

Well my favourite serial has always been weetabix bc I’m a dull person but this podcast is waaaaaay better than that. Plus I’ve heard the free things given in special packs of this pod are better than the free toys in weetabix boxes.

TLDR; people love serial, but putting milk on a thing is a cop out. Listen to dragon friends!

I’ve never played D+D. I knew of it and had heard one podcast play it before but knew absolutely nothing about it! Which meant that I knew roughly the same as the cast in the first episode which was nice!

You don’t have to be into dungeons and dragons or anything else like that to enjoy this. It’s just a hysterical podcast that you should listen to!

Hilarious. If you wanna hear a D&D game where everybody but the DM is constantly trying (and often succeeding) to comically derail the story then this is for you.

I listen to a lot of podcast, but no other one makes me laugh out loud as much as Dragon Friends. Really brilliant; pity they can’t release it every week, though that probably makes it more special.

As someone who had mainly been introduced to d&d through more serious games, this was a delightful find. Bloody hilarious (wouldn't recommend listening in the library or on public transport) and wonderful storylines. The characters are great and the comedians are hilarious, excellent show!!

Absolutely hilarious, love the show and would highly recommend to anyone with a sense of humour.

As the title of my review may suggest, Dragon Friends is immensely entertaining and hilariously funny; the talent of all involved (Benny, Michael, Alex, Dungeon Dave, Simon, Eden and all of their guests) makes it so that you'll find yourself stifling a laugh wherever you listen (despite how embarrassing that might be) and the inexperience of the cast mixed with the generally relaxed nature of the game(s) mean that it is great for even those who do not know/play Dungeons and Dragons (which I didn't when I first listened).

This is a laugh out loud on your commute next to a stranger podcast. Went back to first episode to listen to it from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone, DnD fan or not.

This show is a real gem; quirky, hilarious, nerdy and hugely fun. The characters are all great from the witty, wise-cracking halfling Bobby Pancakes to the dense, violent half-Orc Philge with occasional bouts of insight to the homicidal, mad cap high elf Freezo. The NPCs are all played really well and the dungeon master and bard move mountains to keep the story moving and maintain the atmosphere. My favourite podcast by far.
