Just listened to my first episode of BGRadio - ep138 The Insanity of Comparison - having followed Carl's work for a long time now.

Carl's honesty when it comes to reflecting on his feelings about secutiry and income is inspiring. For me, the unspoken lesson in this episode, and indeed much of his work, is of the benefit that comes from taking the time to be introspective, to examine without judgement our thoughts and feelings as they arise.

I find the podcasts excellently structured and perfect length for car journeys/commute to work. The ideas and content are great just to give your brain the exercise & tuning it needs to reflect on you feel about the emotional side of being in business and dealing with people as well as your own emotions.

A must for business owners, financial advisers (real or fake!) and practically anyone with an emotional tie to money & finance. I guess that's all of us.
